Location was good, most staff were very friendly and attentive.
The air-conditioning leaked water into the room during my first night. The noise of the water droplets on the floor was very annoying and the water on the floor created a saftey hazard. When I complained the engineer had failed to repair the fault and left a towel on the floor where the water is collecting. When I complained again, I was moved to the 2nd floor, where I had a room with a tiny window with a view of the hotel services roof. I had no sunshine whatsoever. They should refund 1 nights stay back to me as a fair compensation.

The interior of the common area was high standard.The staff were really helpful and polite.
Breakfast was good but needs more option on bread cheese The housekeeping was really noisy in the morning My bathroom was really smelly although they came twice to fix it the smell was coming back Mattress and pillows very poor.Need to be changed asap!

I made the mistake of booking this hotel for a week, for a family holiday. Every single day, sometimes twice a day I had to spend a long time queuing at the front desk because the door lock was broken. They didn't fix it until the second to last day. They didn't offer to change rooms, or make any effort to make this right. This is the last thing you want after getting back from a day out, you get the lift up to your room, and then get it back down and wait for 20-30mins to be seen, when a large group arrives. I also had to queue several times on top of this to ask for my room to be cleaned, as it hadn't been done when we were leaving for dinner. Each time, no effort was made by management to actually check their cleaners were cleaning rooms. They also left used glasses and coffee mugs around the room and didn't refill the coffee pods. This is an appallingly run hotel, that is extremely overpriced for the level of frustration that goes with actually staying here.
