Clean and good location. Breakfast options were good. Staff at reception and breakfast were very nice.
Water policy. The water may be the best in the world, but we still prefer mineral water bottles. That is why we chose 5*.

very good breakfast and happy hour at M Club.
When booking this hotel, Booking.com offered me two options: one with prepayment and no refund, and another with free cancellation, no prepayment required. I chose the latter, where it was clearly indicated that payment should be made at the property. Despite these clear conditions, the total amount of the reservation was improperly debited from my card four days before check-in, and I even had to pay additional taxes (IOF) in Brazil. There should have been a simple hold on the card. In the fine print, the reservation was confirmed under the terms "free cancellation" and "payment at the property". Booking.com or Marriott authorized the charge to my credit card days before check-in. I consider this a direct violation of the booking agreement. I have been using Booking.com since 2008 and this has never happened before. Despite everything, the stay at the hotel was great, but this is a very serious problem.
