Great location and staff were excellent
We were at the front of the hotel and the noise from the streets below meant we had no sleep on either night. The second night we got ear plugs which helped a bit but from 12-3:30 we just couldn’t sleep

Nice location
Need some repairs, room had aircon but could not regulate and was very loud, door to bathroom was destroyed by water. Reception was nice but the rest was not value for money

Comfortable. Spacious. Great location. Restaurant and bar are excellent.
The only remark I have is that there is a bad odor that comes and goes. I usually stay at the Marriott on my work trips and it is always the same odor. I believe it is connected to the canal, but, still, it is a bad odor that I cant ignore.

Disappointing
It was close to the trams station and open space
Staff were very grumpy in the morning, and the housekeeping are not cleaning the floors. Rest of the team were friendly overall. Phones were not working and even after complaining, the receptionist was not bothered. The decorative lights, lighting up the hotel is uncomfortable during our stay and the curtains don’t cover up all edges which allows sun or other lights to bleed in.
