Every member of staff we met was so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay!
Kitchen equipment basic if you want to cook. You need a tray so the grill can be used. Didn’t affect our stay though

Staff were helpful and friendly and remembered my friend’s birthday. Extremely clean and well appointed. Decor was also charming and reflected the locale. Very well placed near Sloterdijk station.
I dislike the way these agencies encourage criticism rather than directing customers to approach the venue directly. It’s not fair.

A good sized apartment with what we needed, comfy beds, good location as good proximity to station for airport and journeys to central

Location is great, one stop by train from Amsterdam Centraal. The room is great, lovely design, and good soundproofing also. The bar downstairs was lovely, had staff there who were providing me with the different tastes of beers the Netherlands has to offer
I went in February, which was cold, and I felt the room and heating could have been a little bit warmer.

Very spacious and cozy accommodation with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Although the location is slightly outside the city center, it is very convenient—less than 10 minutes by train.

Clean, spacious apartment with all we needed for family group. Loved the games room and good restaurant. Staff were amazing - friendly and helpful. Great bike hire.
