Wonderful
Very spacious and cozy accommodation with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Although the location is slightly outside the city center, it is very convenient—less than 10 minutes by train.

Perfect location near a tram and train stop right into Dam Square & Musuemplein. Friendly and helpful staff, clean bathroom, good kitchenware, comfortable bed and sofa. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Great hotel. Probably Our favorite during our entire 6 week trip around the world. We booked the double bedroom apartment and it had also 2 bathrooms which was excellent. The apartments were spacious, comfortable, clean, easily accessible, and the STAFF was amazing. Everybody was excellent but I really want to point out the blonde guy at reception with medium-long hair and glasses lots of bracelets- I wish I remembered his name- he helped us a lot and definitely our favorite guy there!
Also there is a big supermarket called Jumbo like 3 minutes from our hotel which is very convenient.
The only thing I could think of is that the shower had a low pressure in the shower head. But maybe I’m just used to stronger pressure. But it’s really a minor issue.

Great amount of space for a family of 4 with 2 teens. All the things we needed to make meals were available. Close to a large public transport hub. Comfortable temperature. Very close to a nice grocery store.
The phone did not work to call down to reception. The safe was also not working. Far from the city center.

Close to the train station. The supermarket is only 3 mins walk. Has a gym & laundry room
We arrived at 3 PM and still couldn’t check in. The overall facilities feel outdated, and there was even a dirty spatula left inside the dishwasher—which we later found out wasn’t working at all. When we reported it, the front desk simply said that the maintenance staff wasn’t available. The ground floor has a trendy, stylish vibe, but we were assigned to a room that hadn’t been renovated. Overall, it felt like an old, worn-out apartment hotel disguised as a design boutique stay. Honestly, the worst serviced apartment we’ve stayed in—would not recommend.
