The room was cold, There are no shelves in the bathroom, so it's inconvenient for girls to put their cosmetics and body/skin care products in there. Especially if they're going to be there for a long time.

Loved our stay here, the gentleman on the front desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nice room for our family of 5 and set up an extra bed in the lounge area. Good location to access the trains and then quickly into the city.

The apartment was very nice and clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils. It is conveniently located about a 6–8 minute walk from the train, tram, and bus stations, as well as close to a store for basic needs.
The reception staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy.
We did notice that the apartment heater was not working properly and informed reception. When we returned from outside, a radiator had been provided in the apartment, which we appreciated.
The heating wasn’t working properly, and it felt very cold inside the apartment.

Kierra was excellent. The others were too. Touched by the souvenir from the hotel. Would definitely recommend to others who dont mind not staying at the centre. Only 1 trsin stop away from the centre .

This was a great hotel with good sized family rooms. It was close to a train station with a quick 5 minute train into Amsterdam Central. Perfect apartment for families, with 2 bathrooms and a little kitchen.
The cost for a fold out bed was very high. We also had unexpected city taxes to pay on arrival. The extra 125 euro (for 2 nights) on top of the accommodation fee we had paid, was a little steep. We also found the beds very hard.
