Room is spacious and nice. Great seating area and full dining table. Kitchenette well equipped with all necessary tools and stuff. There is a private sauna available. Just book it day before from the reception.
There is always someone smoking next to the main entrance. But there are a lot of people smoking in Ams in anyway. Room key wanted some special extra angle to work, just quick tap didn't open the door.

Some of the guests are very serviceable and helpful.
All the TV channels were in Dutch, which I find unacceptable. I stayed all my days without watching television, even BBC. There is no one to even assist you with your baggage when you arrive or you are leaving.

Amazing staff at front desk…..very friendly and helped us with a lot of information. Location is just out of the busy center but just 15mins by public transport. Train station is just a 6 min walk. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Safe underground parking. Very clean apartments with a mini kitchen fresh towels, spacious bathrooms and comfy beds.
We had an issue with hot water running out and the staff tried to fix it while we were away and left us a kind note. They compensated us later

Location is 2 minutes from Sloterdjik station& Spar supermarket, room is clean & spacious, kitchen is fully equipped to prepare breakfast or simple meal, staffs are very warm & helpful

rooms are good size for family of 4. laundry facilities good. location is near the stations, with trains/trams to airport and to Amsterdam city and other places.
Staff and hotel facilities are great. Just wished the area around the hotel is more lively, that is, more shops or restaurants, etc.

The price is right. The location is convenient, close to city center and only two train stops from the airport.
The living and dining room are spacious.
There should be a shower door inside the bathroom.

The location is very strategic, just a short walk from Sloterdijk Station. The room matches the photos — clean and comfortable. Laundry can be done using tokens available at the reception, and luggage can be stored safely in the luggage room.
The surrounding area felt safe during our stay. There’s also a grocery store near the station, which is convenient. We stayed for 6 nights and received one room cleaning service during that time. The frying pans were scratched, but the receptionist promptly replaced them.
As a nice surprise, we even got a free drink because one of our group members was celebrating a birthday.

Location is good and clean. You can get to any transportation only a few minutes walk.
Shouldn’t clean the room without telling. And also don’t arrange any clean-up during our stay, ex. window and fridge cleaning, even it just a few minutes.

Apartment style, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 4-bed unit. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The full-sized refrigerator and convection oven were convenient. There's a bar and restaurant on-site. Conveniently located near a train station, restaurants, and a convenience store.
There was no hand soap in the restrooms, and we had to purchase paper towels as well. The bedrooms are small and there's no storage space for larger suitcases and bags. There's one TV in the living room, and none in the bedrooms. This didn't bother me but it's worth noting.

The size of the apartment which was only 3 mins walk from the train station, the train to Amsterdam Central took 5 mins. Supermarket 20 mins walk away.
A microwave would have been useful to us.
