The apartment is very nice, the kitchen is basic, but you have everything you need. You get tea and coffee. Bathroom is clean and large. Breakfast is delicious. The centre of Amsterdam is just a 6 min train ride away. The staff is very polite and everybody speak English very good. They are always prepared to help.

There was lots of space which was perfect for the big group of us that travelled together for a celebration. The staff were also super friendly and accommodating and the location was also pretty good. Very easy to get either to Amsterdam Centraal or Schiphol.

First time going to Amsterdam. Staff were nice. We weren't happy with our first room, which is why I gave a low review, but the staff did redeem themselves and give us a better room. The second room was much better and made my stay in Amsterdam better.
The first room we were given had a funny smell. There was no hand wash/soap or body wash. The remote had a lot of dust. The phone didn't work. The view was horrible, we could only see a car park at the back of the hotel.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, spacious accommodation, easy walking distance from train tram and buses. Lovely warm property in a cold February. Heating in the apartment was good, we had to turn it down slightly. Very good close by restaurant "grand cafe Hermes". Centre of Amsterdam easily accessible by train bus or tram you don't even have to worry about tickets just check in and check out with your UK debit card.
A thoroughly pleasant stay.
Key cards stopped working out of the blue on the afternoon of our fourth day and then did not let us into the garbage room on the last day. The only thing missing from the local area is a decent supermarket, there is a close by Spar but it is limited in what you can get.

We liked the style and size of the rooms, the staff were very friendly. We used the Sauna which was good and being able to book it was nice.
The hotel restaurant only served pizza as a dinner option, although three restaurants nearby. They only provide in stay room cleaning at a cost, or if you stay for longer than five days, and we felt the toilet, as it's fully enclosed, like most hotels, needed freshening more often than that.

Great friendly staff. Apartment was perfect for a mix of going out and self catering. Had fun on the pool table and table football. Location was amazing for public transport. The area isn't the prettiest but is very convenient for both travelling into the city (5 minutes walk to Amsterdam Sloterdijk trains buses and trams, less than 10 minutes train to Cemtraal) and travelling further in Amsterdam.
Slightly confusing instructions for a microwave that wasn't there and safe was broken. As we didn't need these it wasn't a problem. Would stay here again and recommend.
