Excellent location, especially if you're planning to explore both Amsterdam and the surrounding areas of the Netherlands by car.
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. Having everything we needed to cook and eat in the apartment, whether before heading out for the day or after returning, made travelling with two toddlers considerably easier.
Housekeeping was also good, with fresh towels, beds made, and rubbish collected every couple of days. Dishwasher tablets were provided, and we also had everything we needed to wash dishes by hand. Generally the hotel itself looked very clean and well maintained.
The hotel is just a short walk from a major train hub, making it very easy to get into central Amsterdam without a car. There are also several supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a few restaurants that we didn't get around to trying.
Parking was extremely convenient, which was a major plus for us given how much we travelled by car.
Finally, the staff were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, an excellent base for a family holiday, particularly if you're combining sightseeing in Amsterdam with day trips around the Netherlands.
Most of these are minor nitpicks rather than serious complaints, but they're what kept an otherwise excellent stay from being a perfect 10/10.
The biggest issue was the laundry. There's no washing machine in the apartment, only a limited number of shared machines downstairs. You can't control the detergent amount or check whether it needs refilling. Also, the machines could have been better maintained, I found slimy buildup inside the rubber door seals, and our laundry came out smelling off. The dryers had short fixed-length cycles, although reception kindly provided extra tokens free of charge upon request.
A few smaller issues:
1. Oddly placed switches and sockets: The bedside light switch was positioned unusually high, right in the middle above the headboard, and controlled both bedside lights together. Power sockets were partially obscured by the bed, and we actually had to remove a nightstand and reposition the bed to access both outlets at once.
2. Unintuitive AC controls: one vaguely marked dial controls the entire apartment, with no clear temperature settings.
3. No shower shelf for personal toiletries.
4. Slippery shower floor, with no non-slip mat provided.
5. No step stool for toddlers to reach the bathroom sink, unlike some other family-friendly hotels.
6. TV in the living room only; one in the bedroom would have been nice.
Again, these are small inconveniences, not reasons to avoid the hotel. If you're looking for a clean, well kept, well-located place to stay, I'd still wholeheartedly recommend it.

We liked the convenience of having the train station so close!!
The size of the bedroom; we could barely move; with a suitcase and a carry-on, it was so uncomfortable for us to get stuff out of our luggage. Also…, there was a strong (bad) odor in the bathroom; we think it could be urine accumulated or maybe it wasn’t washed out/cleaned properly. We couldn’t take that smell

Our shared two bedroom two bath with a full kitchen and living room was perfect for our three nights in Amsterdam. The location was very close to the train station and tram and nice grocery store.
Construction on main street between trains/trams/grocery store and hotel. This was not the hotels fault. This was a typical big city construction mess in the height of the summer travel/visitor season. Bad planning by city.

Friendly Staff, Cleanliness, Great Location very close to the main station. Kids were happy with available games in the lobby. Great place to stay for a family.
I have only one minor thing to point out, there were two rooms in the appartment and both rooms had two single bed. At least one room should've one queen bed. Just a suggestion.

طاقم العمل ودودين وحصل مشكلة اثناء تسجيل الدخول وعوضني الموظف بإفطار مجاني اول يوم.
الوصول للمدخل كان صعب بسبب وجود اعمال انشائية في الطريق وأعتقد هالشيء مؤقت.
التهوية ضعيفة شوي عند الطبخ.

great breakfast, very comfortable and professionally maintained apartment with attached bath + toilet to each bedroom, quite closer to train station, fantastic for families with kids, staff and very helpful, kept luggage after checkout and we came back to collect before leaving to airport.
construction happening between hotel and train station and hence the walk was difficult, especially with my elderly mom! So its quite dusty and walk path is a temporarily laid our rubber mats.

we woke up on our first night at 2.00 am because of the fire alarm and apparently someone smoked which could happen often because its a large hotel and not everyone respects the rules but it is very disturbing for the guests. i don’t know how this could have a solution.

The apartment was spacious and had plenty of amenities.
The only complaint is the rooms were not air conditioned, but climate controlled. Due to the unusually high temperatures, the apartment was very warm the first night we were there. The staff brought a fan and the temperatures were cooler the rest of the week.
