شقق فندقية نظيفة ومناسبة للعائلات من ناحية الهدوء والنظافة، المساحات واسعة والموقع ممتاز جنبها سوبر ماركت ومحطة القطارات/ الترام وهالشيء مريح جداً لمن يرغب في زيارة السنتر والقرى والفعاليات المجاورة بالنقل العام فقط.
طاقم العمل ودودين وحصل مشكلة اثناء تسجيل الدخول وعوضني الموظف بإفطار مجاني اول يوم.
الوصول للمدخل كان صعب بسبب وجود اعمال انشائية في الطريق وأعتقد هالشيء مؤقت.
التهوية ضعيفة شوي عند الطبخ.

great breakfast, very comfortable and professionally maintained apartment with attached bath + toilet to each bedroom, quite closer to train station, fantastic for families with kids, staff and very helpful, kept luggage after checkout and we came back to collect before leaving to airport.
construction happening between hotel and train station and hence the walk was difficult, especially with my elderly mom! So its quite dusty and walk path is a temporarily laid our rubber mats.

it is a great place, very close to sloterdijk station so convenient. clean, nice facilities inside the hotel.
we woke up on our first night at 2.00 am because of the fire alarm and apparently someone smoked which could happen often because its a large hotel and not everyone respects the rules but it is very disturbing for the guests. i don’t know how this could have a solution.

The apartment was spacious and had plenty of amenities.
The only complaint is the rooms were not air conditioned, but climate controlled. Due to the unusually high temperatures, the apartment was very warm the first night we were there. The staff brought a fan and the temperatures were cooler the rest of the week.

The room was great and roomyt! All 4 of us got real beds! Kitchen and dining area are large and roomy. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms were large and lots of place to put toiletry and daily use items. Great location and just 5 mins walk from Amsterdam Sloterdijk station.
The microwave was very difficult to operate. I could not figure out how to turn it on! I wish there is TV in the bedroom.I also wish there are more restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is not free and it was euro 19.99 per person. Buffet style, but not many selections, so it was overpriced.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Having a kitchen was important to us so we appreciated that. It was a clean hotel, no carpeting in the room so it felt even cleaner. Its close to the train and supermarket.
The pans were old and needed to be replaced. It was hard to know how to use the stove and microwave- instructions would have been helpful. It is far from the city center and hard to know what trains to take to get there.

The team was very nice and helpful, the blond guy and cheerful, spacious rooms with everything you could possibly need to cook a simple meal, have a shower,
The hotel gives you an access to a spa inside the hotel and a game room
Location was perfect, just next to the train station
Cleanliness was good as well
Our stay was ruined when we lost our wallet in the hotel, but it's not really their fault , we hope to hear from them soon if they find it

We were disappointed that the TV didn’t work, we were able to access any channels or connect our device. We were told it was a system issue that would be fixed that night. It was not. We were not informed of this issue ahead or time, which would have impacted our decision to stay there.

The rooms are quite big, lots of space to spread around. The staff were very nice and helpful, and there's a big Jumbo supermarket across the street. Everything you need is right there.
The place is a bit farther from the city than we would have liked. But the uber cost about 12 euro each way, still very reasonable. The rooms are ample, quite big, but not really luxurious. Of course, for luxurious, you need to pay much more.

Room was great, we were finding it hard to find a set up that works to accommodate 4 girl friends travelling together. This was perfect with 2 rooms, 2 ensuites and a common area.
Location was so convenient, right beside the train station and a grocery store. 1 stop away from the city center.
The in house restaurant was great and convenient.
Room was newly updated and clean.
Not much not to like. We were very happy. Perhaps the only downfall would be that outside that particular train station was a little sketchy at night, but we still felt safe walking to the hotel in our group of 4 women. In the morning, there was trash around from some disrespectful people the night before, but nothing that really bothered us.
