Beautiful big apartment, with all the stuff one might need. We also really liked the view. The receptionists were very helpful. Breakfast had enough choices both salty and sweet.
The beds were a bit too soft for our liking.

The staff at the reception desk were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Room was spacious with all the amenities mentioned in their brochure. Location was ideal with walkind distance to Sloterdijk station being only 5 minutes away. Connection from there to any part of the city was good.
The payment had to be done up front at the time of booking directly to the hotel as they do not accept payment through booking.com if the amount is more than 1000 Euro.

Downstairs area is great - games room is a lovey addition
Staff are friendly
It’s surprisingly convenient from central
Rooms are adequate but a bit basic in decor

Very close to public transport, friendly staff, clean room, good bed.
Not much to do nearby, you'd have to take a tram for ~10 minutes.

Every member of staff we met was so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay!
Kitchen equipment basic if you want to cook. You need a tray so the grill can be used. Didn’t affect our stay though

Staff were helpful and friendly and remembered my friend’s birthday. Extremely clean and well appointed. Decor was also charming and reflected the locale. Very well placed near Sloterdijk station.
I dislike the way these agencies encourage criticism rather than directing customers to approach the venue directly. It’s not fair.
