Service Representative (pronounced Long) was excellent and made us feel welcomed. Right downtown in the middle of everything (excellent location). Had lobby ti relax in.

The service at this hotel was off the roof! I have never had this much attendance and information from reception. They told us where to go and what transport to use. If you need anything just ask Long! He will help you with anything you need. He made our trip much more special with his knowledge and happiness. Also the location of the hotel is perfect. Little bit away from the hassle of the city centre but in a lovely area with everything close by.
Rooms were quite small.

Awesome Location to all the places we wished to visit. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy access by tram from the train station. Very friendly staff. Long was especially helpful giving directions and recommendations for things to do and places to visit
The only issue we had was with the shower door. Not easy to open and close
