The staff was phenomenal and gave my boyfriend and I a plethora of ideas for where to go and what to do while in Amsterdam! I didn’t get any of the people’s names but they are wonderful!

The location was good, but the room and toilet were too small.
Unnecessary restrictions like ‘no stains on the bedsheet or blanket’ don’t make sense. When we sleep, it’s natural for there to be minor marks or stains from our feet or general use

Their location is on point! Within walking distance of some of the notable tourist spots and there are numerous restos, cafe and groceries nearby. They have accommodating staff especially Long at the reception, he would cheerfully enumerate places to see, where to eat and so on. I like their bathroom as well, very functional and not cramped at all.
We found the room a bit small for a couple with two suitcases and that there were no closets at all!

Wonderful
Great location. Everything we wanted to see on this fist visit to Amsterdam was within a 15 to 30 minute walk. Albert Heijn grocery store nearby, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, brown bars etc nearby. Coffee machine in the basement lounge. Front desk staff very friendly.
Watch out for bicyclists, it’s crazy!!

The location is acceptable, but nothing else deserves to be mentioned positively.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the very first day, we discovered an infestation of bedbugs in the furniture of the room. My children suffered multiple painful bites throughout the stay, and my youngest (under 12 years old) cried in distress from the discomfort. Despite my repeated complaints, the issue was never properly resolved, and we were not relocated to a clean, insect-free room. The hotel only offered to refund the remaining nights if we left early, knowing that finding an alternative hotel at such short notice was almost impossible. As a result, we were forced to stay until the end of our booking, enduring constant suffering. I even showed photos of the bites and the infestation to the front desk, and copies were forwarded to management, yet no serious action was taken.

The location was really good, tram was about a 2 min walk away , maccies about the same and to the centre about 15-20 mins. The beds were comfy and staff was nice
When we arrived the bathroom stank so badly of drains and the toilet was leaking so we had to complain, once we told staff they did help. Also the size of room could of been a little bigger as 5 people with suitcases there wasn’t too much room
