Super welcoming, with incredibly kind and helpful staff available at the reception 24/7. Our suitcase was delayed due to the airline, and when it finally arrived, they made sure it was delivered directly to our room! The rooms are small but very cozy, cleaned everyday, and equipped with everything you need (we stayed there with a huge suitcase). The location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to everything, yet still quiet at night. Excellent – highly recommended!

Centrally location- walking distance to all of downtown Amsterdam, adjacent to a tram stop allows for easy transportation to further destinations.
Rooms were very small for any amount of guests. Felt more like living in a submarine than in a hotel room.

Good location, helpful staff, lights/sockets by both beds, TV with English channel, spacious bathroom
Sound from other rooms are loud in the room, but thats more on people's behaviour than hotels fault

Very clean property . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Not too far from town
Room was very small , and only two pillows provided . I’m sure had we of asked for more pillows we would have gotten them though . Good Valu however for what we paid !
