We booked this property because of lift but it was out of service, the staff during check in mentioned it very matter of factly. Had to carry our stuff and stroller on the stairs all the time.

Staff were friendly and helpful and booked us a taxi to get to the airport. Location was great, very central. Room was fairly clean and housekeeping came after the first night and made the bed and changed the towels. We were able to check in earlier than 3pm.
The room was incredibly small - the door could not be opened fully as it hit the bed, we had to put one case at a time onto the bed in order to open them as there was no floor space at all. Cases had to be closed and stored under the bed. There was only two coat hooks by the door and three hangers on the small storage unit in the room, no hooks or shelves in the bathroom for towels, no other furniture or storage. Only two plug sockets on one side of the bed. We were on a sublevel, so our room window looked directly into another room's window and could not see the sky/street. The lift did not service our floor so had to carry our cases down the steep staircase. There is no photo of our room in the listing - the rooms on the listings are much bigger than our double room. More like a hostel.

The location is very good, with easy access to Dam Square and the museum area. The room was tidy and small, as I expected, but I was expecting it to be cleaner. Although the room was serviced during my stay, there was still some accumulated dust in the corners and on the fan guard. The bed sheets also appeared quite old, with some tears in a few places. Overall, I think more attention to cleanliness and the condition of the linens would improve the experience.

This hotel surprised us! The location is excellent and the beds were comfortable. The space was tight, but we packed our family in 1 suitcase and kept the space picked up so it worked fine. No AC so in the cooler days it was great with the windows open. When it was warmer out, the fans they provided were ok.
