The location of the hotel is perfect, it is a nice quiet, traditional Amsterdam street, but close to the shops and attractions. Our room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and genuinely nice, there were no false smiles, just lovely friendly and attentive people. The breakfast was relaxed and the lounge bar had a nice vibe..
The room was a little warm with the air conditioning being off due to the cold weather outside.
