Very Poor
Location was nice.
Needs to be an outlet to charge phone, etc by bed. There was no phone or alarm to use. The bathroom had mold on the walls, floor was dirty with some type of liquid spots. Was not suitable for handicap which was requested. AC didn't work, air was stale and hot. Walls are very thin and can hear your neighbors next to you. TV didn't have English subtitles or sounds. Do not recommend staying here at all.

Location was nice.

we walked everywhere but it was a bit of a long walk to main area but it’s beautiful in Amsterdam so were fine with the location.
Very small poorly laid out room .The bathroom was massive compared to actual living space and the shower did not drain properly and do the floor was wet all the time

staff were very friendly and helpful, great location, good size room with everything we needed.
after returning home I noticed bites along my rib cage that progressively worsened, realised this was due to bed bug bites. I did not feel uncomfortable during the stay however leaving and having to deal with this has made me very disappointed

Our room was very cold. The airconditioner was out of order...The hotel manager was very polite and good :he changed our accomodation. The second room was very comfortable and larger than the first one but ....very dark. The electric light was always on in the day time. But we were not often at the hotel at the day time.. But al in all the service was super. Thank you
