Good location
Hard to enter - no signs which floor is which. At night the card did not work near the entrance. Place was dirty and you could hear through everything. Hallway was open for everybody. Room was cold.

The staff was nice. The location is good.
The hotel facilities do not live up to the 4* hotel claim. The walls have marks on them, the paint is peeling, no ventilation and mold in the bathrooms, very poor ac, the room was advertised as having a balcony but the "balcony" was just the exit to the outside corridor with other people walking past our windows

Room was just enough in terms of amenities and size for my short, one person visit.
Getting to the check-in lobby and my room was awkward. It's not just that the lobby is on the 4th floor, which I was notified about, but also that you have to go through a DIFFERENT hotel's lobby and THEN an outside courtyard to even access the building where the lobby and rooms are.

Great location, easy to travel on public transport and easy to get to the airport on public transport. Central but quiet
We have an 8 month old, they offered a cot (which was pretty dirty (clean linen base but otherwise dirty)) but no high chair for breakfast which meant we couldn’t easily feed our child breakfast. We didn’t expect there to be no highchair if a cot was available. Breakfast was pretty meagre and €14 was steep for the quality and options available The bed and bathroom were clean but the curtains had black mould at the bottom as did the bathroom ceiling - this meant we couldn’t let our child crawl on the floor as it wasn’t clean enough.
