The room was clean, they cleaned and changed towels upon request, there was always coffee, tea, and fruit at the reception. Helpful staff who are always ready to help
Very strange layout of the rooms, you have to change the elevator several times and wander around the corridors The hotel has not been recently renovated, although everything is very clean.

Quiet location apart from the tram, and nice view from the top floor window. The personnel.was really nice
The tapestry in the room is coming off, the AC didn't work, so we had to keep the window open day and night to have an acceptable temperature and some air in the room. Also the little fridge didn't work in the room. Not critical, but not great impressions.

Pleasant
Horrible sewage smell with headache inducing toilet perfume to try to cover it up. Luckily you could open the window in the room to stop the smell from seeping in too much. But then the noise from the street didn't help the sleep quality.

Breakfast was excellent, although our request for gluten free and dairy free alternatives was ignored until the second and subsequent days of our stay.
Access from reception to the rooms was a tour through drying bedsheets and other room service items, not very impressive.

Panorama view is truly amazing. Hotel is far from city center, but can be easily accessed by tram. Surrounding area is nice and quite. Room feels new and room service was convenient.
Unfortunately, I had a loud construction site just in front of my windows. Room was a bit dusty, didn't had a single spoon and coffee machine wasn't appropriately serviced, which is not a big deal, but you wouldn't expect these for such price.

room- beautiful view, nice and cozy for a couple, we had coffee and tea, towels, all necessary facilities location-great, only 15 min away from the center
room- it was clean, but there were some stains and the shower head was a bit broken There was also some noise coming from the hallway, some kind of vents were making the sound

Good location, relatively quiet but close to Amsterdam centre. The room looked very good and had plenty of space and the beds were nice. Nice chatty staff and nice view. I'd definitely stay here again if I came back to Amsterdam.
Unfortunately, the fridge in the room wasn't working properly as the door wouldn't close fully and the soap dispenser also broke. If it wasn't for these issues, this hotel could be even better.
