Very Good
Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The location was decent and not too far of a walk to some good spots like Van Gogh and 9 Streets, but not so close to Centraal train station. The room was very clean and they provided water bottles, an apple and chocolate for each guest, which was a nice touch. Bathroom was small but very nice and had shelving for storing toiletries. We loved the balcony overlooking the street. Nice grocery store right across the street. Great overall!
It was very small, though they did provide shelving and a small nook for hanging items like jackets. Though not their fault and did not factor into my scoring, our neighbors were very inconsiderate and we could hear them stomping up and down the stairs and slamming their doors open and shut several times every night until 1 am which was not good for sleeping! Just be prepared to hear a lot of noise. The provided fan did help drown out outside noise though.

Pleasant
Overall the property was clean. The stairs going up are really really narrow and dangerous. We unfortunately had no luggage due to the airport losing it but I dont think we would have been able to get our luggage upstairs. Its really tight. We were overcharged on the taxi ride there too. So not sure if I would go out of my way to stay here again.

It has good location
The room where we’ve been it shouldn’t rent it for two person.
Even the description says the room is 10 sqm, it’s maybe with the walls, and with the bath”room” together, but the ROOM itself was maybe 7.
If you are travelling with more than one small backpack, you are unable to put your luggage, and your belongings to anywhere, if you bring your luggage into your room (just bring it, not to keep it open) you won’t be able to reach the beds.
And also, it’s perfect having two electrical sockets at the bed, but where to put anything what you would like to charge/operate?!? Under your pillow?
I recognize, that on every floor there was only one of these small room, it’s only not fair to offer it for two people.

Most of the city is within a short 25 - 30 minute walk, and there are tram pickups just outside the hotel if you don't want to walk. Hotel staff was very friendly, especially Tahir who very informative about the city and how to get around.
The stairs are a little narrow and steep, but it is a very old city.
