Fantastic location, just outside main centre so not too touristy- more of a real neighbourhood which I loved. Trams right outside the hotel so really easy to get around, or you could easily walk anywhere central. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean and comfortable room if a little cramped, but of course that's just Amsterdam
The bathroom had a (somewhat unnecessary I felt!) jacuzzi bath which meant it was very high sided, meaning it was difficult for my 78 year old mother to get in and out of. (Shower over bath situation).

The acces to the room with the stairs is quite hard to go up and down with luggage, the room could have some air conditionner

We stayed in the Triple Room with Garden View - 3 single beds. Really comfortable beds, the shower was good too. The guy who checked us in (Nur, I think?) gave us a map, lots of suggestions of things to see, transport available, places to eat etc. Stayed for 3 nights and felt extremely safe at all times. Location was great too - near Anne Frank House and some of the other Museums, and also within walking distance of the centre. Would stay there again.
It might have been nice to have a breakfast option there - but there are some really great breakfast options really close by instead.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location was great, the internet worked well, and most importantly, everything was very clean. The reception staff were very friendly, especially the gentleman working in the afternoon, who helped us a lot with the information we needed. I highly recommend this place.

Disappointing
Unfortunately, we were woken up by loud drilling noises in the morning due to ongoing renovations at the hotel. It was impossible to sleep with the constant construction sounds. In addition, the rooms are poorly soundproofed — we could hear everything from the hallway and the neighboring rooms. Every time a door opened or closed outside, it was very noticeable inside the room.

We liked everything from the very first moment we entered the hotel. We received a very warm welcome from Mr. Tahir, who explained everything about our stay, including the best places to visit and the best areas for lunch or dinner. He also had tickets available for various tours. Complimentary warm drinks (tea, coffee, etc.) are available at any time. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in Amsterdam!
The bathroom is a bit small, but it's perfectly fine for a short stay.
