The villa was nice, clean and spacious. The view was beautiful.
The pool and bar/restaurant facility closes early. I was informed the restaurant closes at 8pm so I went to the restaurant to order dinner at 750pm and they told me the kitchen was closed and they couldn’t take my order.
The bedroom downstairs had a smell of sewer that appeared to be coming from the downstairs bathroom connected to the room.

I like that it is gated and we have a dining and living room. The pool are was nice as well as the staff.
The front door lock needs to be updated. It’s only a deadbolt and you have to use the key to lock inside and outside. The kitchen items will need to be updated to include paper towels. Our towels were taken but not replaced. The bed and pillow will need to be to be upgraded. There was a smell when we enter from the front door, smells like something was left wet.

Lovely views from up the hill above SJDS. The pool area looked nice although I didn’t use it. Plenty of pots/pans in the kitchen. Good A/C.
Lots of units are obviously in need of maintenance. Furniture in #38 was uncomfortable, TV super small, and decor was outdated, minimal & not attractive at all. Also, it was lacking lots of things you might expect with a full kitchen - like paper towels, a kitchen towel, a little salt/pepper, etc.. Also, if you rent the 1 bedroom, be aware that the only bathroom you are given access to is upstairs inside the bedroom because the 2nd bedroom/bathroom off the living room/kitchen will be locked.

Beautiful property with very accommodating staff. Super clean villas with amazing pool and on site restaurant. Saw monkey outside our villa which was super cool. Some complaints on here about having to walk to the villas uphill seem a bit excessive, we had the furthest unit away and it wasn’t bad at all. Unless you have a serious medical issue or are extremely out of shape it’s not a problem.

Facilities were clean, staff responsiveness, flexibility with check out and breakfast included.
Very steep to access cabins and main house is quite a bit away to use the restaurant, spa, and pool. Must bring reliable car. Rooms are on separate floors, so if you ha e little ones, this probably wouldn't work.

The location is excellent.
Nice to be out if town, with some fresh mountain breeze.
The villa we were in had a nicely finished bathroom (white, so it was nice & bright), and a comfy bed.
Great pool to cool off in.
The villa could use additional utensils and a larger microwave, so the plates fit in. A baking tray would be useful.
Additional towels for the bathroom & kitchen and a couple of face cloths would be nice. Also oven mitts or something, so you can handle hot pots.
For short term rentals, dish soap should also be provided.

Villas de Palermo are beautiful and I Love the Restaurant and the swimming area
I get around in a scooter and don't walk well the condo that we had was where you had to Park by the pool and Restaurant and then walk past up a Hill past another apartment and then up some stairs to ours i felt like once I got there I couldn't leave because it's just too hard for me to get around I wish they had worked with us more on the location

We booked a reservation for 4 people and for some reason our booking said only 2 people so when we arrived one bedroom was locked and they made us pay an additional $60 in order to use the 2nd bedroom. When we booked the reservation it said 2 bedroom villa. We also didn't have any hot water which was advertised as such. This was very disappointing. Overall it was clean and comfortable but we would not stay there again because of the mess up with the bedrooms.
