Wonderful
If you have the time and are looking for a unique resort holiday feel this is the spot! Comfortable beds, big room, unique tree house feel, friendly staff. Also a fun family friendly ‘party’ vibe at the pool. Oh!! And try the celery mocktail! Way better than I expected
It is a looooong way from everywhere. They make it easy to get to town or the beach but it is a long way away.

We loved the bungalow, lovely views, amazing staff
The day pass, having a bunch of people from outside coming to use the pool and taking all the place for themselves without giving priority for the guests who are paying way more to be there and use the facilities, I put a 7 just because of the bungalows and views, but I wouldn’t come back. They also have a free day pass, and this day was super busy we couldn’t use the main pool and sun lounges, they also changed the breakfast to be a simple buffet with no many good options, just because it was the day for free people to come in. The days before the breakfast was a la carte and it was included in the price, but suddenly they decided to downgrade it without even telling us before. There was a guests pool only, but this was abandoned, dirty, with a building site and no bar/restaurant service

i like the building and the actual design of the property
i didn’t like that they took too long for everything, the check in was too long, same as the check out. when we order food it took so long to be served. there was no room service and everyone was so strict for everything. very unflexible. they even wanted to charge me to wash my cloth in the house we stayed in which was bungalow 1.

A beautiful resort with friendly, helpful staff. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had while on holiday.
This isn’t specific to this hotel, but I travel alot and there are ever only fat sleeping pillows. I often sleep without a pillow because they’re too big, my husband too. For nicer places, having an option for a thinner pillow would go a long way. This is literally everywhere we stay, so not specific to you.

This is one of the nicest Hotels that I have ever stayed in. There are two pool areas, one that is located by the restaurant that is actually two pools in one with a waterfall and a slide, the second pool that overlooks the Ocean is even larger. The accommodation is super private and laid out very nice with a private deck with Hammock. Staff at the Hotel were great and very attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was included with our stay, and we ate at the restaurant two evenings. Both the food and service was amazing. There is wildlife all over the property, we saw Monkeys, Iguanas, Squirrels, Turtles, an Anteater, and many Birds.
There is not one thing that disappoints at this Hotel. If I could have rated higher than 10, I would have.

The breakfast offers a lot of variety while still maintaining the typical Nicaraguan breakfast options, love the Family Suite very clean, staff amazing very professional, fair prices.
What we didnt like that much is the location, the road to get there is a little rough with a lot of curves, ups & downs,but i guess thats one of the ways to get amazing views & to get that rainforest atmosphere! And also in both our bathroom it didnt have shampoo, we noticed when we were taking a shower, and also No TV’S so have that in mind! And I almost forgot beds are so small!

Resort is beautiful and the rooms were spacious and clean. Coffee making and large water in the room was a huge plus. The safe looked ancient but it worked (a key not a digital lock!). Food tasted good. Free transportation to town was a plus.
Even when rooms were available. They waited until the exact check in time to process our check in but by that time a group arrived so in the end we checked in way past the check in time. They could easily accommodate as long as the rooms are available and clean. That would avoid the crowding at the exact check in time.
There were too many flies in the restaurant area. Especially the pool side. The restaurant and pool side looked like it needed a deep cleaning. Food was good but flies everywhere made us feel like going out to eat. Also controlling the individual speakers and music playing from random guests were annoying. They didn’t rent out the whole place - why do we have to listen to their music. It ruined the sort of luxury vibe the hotel was going for.

The facilities and attractions were phenomenal. The location was ideal for disconnecting from the city.
While I was generally pleased with the accommodations and amenities provided, I was surprised to learn that serving a cake a simple request to celebrate a special occasion was not accommodated. This refusal was unexpected and detracted from the overall experience I had hoped for.
I believe that enhancing guest experiences, especially during special moments like this
, should be a priority. I hope that future guests can enjoy a more accommodating experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Treecasa! The family suite was insane, so nice and spacious! The pool was incredible, so much fun for the kids. The restaurant was delicious, especially the included breakfast. We took the shuttle into San Juan del Sur which was a fun experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!
It would be nice to have the pools open a little earlier... we wake up early!

This is a very high end resort with lots of luxury built in. It is clean and comfy.
The customer service does not match the level they are trying to achieve for the price you pay. The front desk did not seem to be able to handle large groups (which there were many of- and was very slow to respond to requests.
