The room was large with a nice deck to watch the sunset. Very close walking distance to town yet away from the noise. The kitchen was bare but did have a small fridge, gas burners & sink. The breakfast choices were good & plentiful. There was always security present.
The bathroom was very small with no hot water for the shower! No supplies in the bare kitchen like cups, plates,bowls, cutlery, pots, coffee maker so we had to get them from the common kitchen.

Breakfast was good, served from 7:30-10amish. The room was nice, had good space, a desk, a nice armoire for cloths that locked which was nice. Bathroom was okay. The shower head needs to be adjusted a bit. Location is great, close to everything and the beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Just the shower head needs to be adjusted out so it is the correct location.

The hotel has a good location and I appreciate the fan and AC in the room. I also appreciate the free breakfast. Pillows and beds are comfy.
There was almost no water the entire stay. On the morning that we checked out, breakfast was supposed to start at 7am but they didn't start cooking until 7:30am. We had to leave for the border at 9am and didn't receive our food until 8:30am and the coffee wasn't made until after we had finished eating.

The room we had was pretty large, and the ac unit had a hard time cooling it off. On top of it, the front panel was vibrating like crazy and the night guy put the pillow above it to stop it. The room was very basic. There was only one light for a whole room. With the sink in the room, there should be another one there. Very small bathroom. Very good breakfast with multiple choices.

Location was great, staff were very accommodating. Room was basic but comfortable. Kitchen was functional! Also, hot water in the shower, not too common Nicaragua...
Place was a little run down but that is not unusual for this country.

The location near town yet away from the (often) noisy center was ideal, the breakfasts were delicious, and the room we had - with a private balcony - had a wonderful view of the bay.

The location was very good, host was good and friendly with good breakfast with a swimming pool that i did not use.
The room was very noisy at night with lose tin on roof and could hear music playing blocks away!

Teresa, the morning staff and chef was a true JOY! such a kind and beautiful soul!
Only tiny thing...there were no hammocks on the roof deck as stated in advertising...but all good.
