Helpful staff. Location

The staff were super friendly and very attentive! They run a very nice, clean, safe, relaxed, structured hostal, which has been so wonderful! The communication was great, I love that! No guessing game or surprises here. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms, which both were lovely. The rooms are roomy, tidy, well maintained, and super clean. The room downstairs had 2 comfortable beds (both double beds), AC (that gets chill!!), 2 strong ceiling fans (that swoosh all that chill air around, lovely), and a *private* bathroom (clean & roomy toliet & shower area), it was very comfortable and spacious! Well worth the price in San Juan!! The room upstairs had 1 comfortable double bed, 2 strong fans (a huge floor one & a ceiling), and a *shared* bathroom (clean & roomy), and maintained cleanliness our whole stay!! Again, well worth the price in San Juan!! Both mornings we were given free breakfast (a thick fluffy pancake w/butter, syrup, or chocolate syrup if you want) with delicious coffee (had 2 cups) which for us as coffee drinkers is a blessing!!! The patio/chill area is so nice to relax, do some work, eat, or sit and talk to who you're with or other travelers. And if you stay upstairs, the view is amazing from your window, but even better they have hammocks on the balcony to chill in and see the view from there!!

I loved my stay at your place. The only thing I didn't like was the poor attitude of the girl who prepares breakfast. The pancake she made was burnt, thick, and raw. Everything else was good.

Great location, close to the beach. Room was quite warm but the fan helped a bit. The breakfasts were good and the staff lovely.

It is in the City Center and you can walk everywhere. The stuff was nice and the room was big enough.

Location, basic but fine overall

We really enjoyed our stay here. A basic hostel at a good price for the location. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is delicious which switches between pancakes and eggs with beans/rice etc. The rooms are clean. The kitchen is basic but has everything you need and is a good size. Perfect location right in the centre of town.

Had all we needed. They arrange excursions for guests. Had a different breakfast served each day of our stay. Relaxed, not noisy if you visit when we did-December. Great location.
