Breakfast was outstanding, excellent coffee, comfortable rooms, beautiful beach, staff was so warm and welcoming and accomodating
I can't think of anything I didnt like - maybe more lounge/reclining chairs in the beach bungalows that are farther from the bar

I planned my engagement here and the staff was absolutely incredible! Beautiful room, breathtaking views, & treated like royalty. Walking down to breakfast from our villa we saw monkeys 15ft from us!

Good
The location is beautiful! The bungalow was unique and lovely. I enjoyed the plunge pool attached to the room.
Handrails in some cases had rotted and fell apart when grabbed. Placed a chair near a rotted rail so my kid didnt lean against it and tumble 8 ft off deck. 200 stairs to room is a lot. Get a funicular to lighten the hike-La lancha in Guatemala has one. Breeze beds are less effective than a fan. Food was meh and pricey. Limited choices. Tours were okay but don’t expect great guides to teach you a lot. Very nice people though. Horse ran off w my kid but guide was 5 mins behind us entire time. No harm done and kid thought it was funny. Rough ocean and no one around in case anyone needed help. No flags. I live on a farm and am no prima Donna however there’s a reason they have you sign a waiver.

Amazing natural setting
Definitely needed more food options, particularly for kids, and more accessible snacks.

A fantastic property immersed in nature with a large, spectacular private beach.
Nothing. Staff was very attentive and the service was impeccable.

The staff, the views, the facilities - everything was just amazing!!! We loved every second and can’t wait to go back❤️ they made our stay very special.
The restaurant is more expensive relative to other places in Nicaragua and the food is just OK, but it didn’t ruin our experience whatsoever

Beautiful location but activities are not well managed (many not available and fitting people needs), and maybe very expensive for a trail . Also rooms could be very tough to reach ….

Very Good
Well this is a very rustic and alternative accomodation. The location is great if you are looking for great views, isolation and connecting to nature. The rooms are very interesting since they are practically open space helping you become one with the surrounding. The staff was very helpful, and everything organized by the hotel, from daily excursions to transfers across countries is completed perfectly . The beach and pool are beautiful locations to unwind and relax. Generally this is more of an experience rather than a hotel!
The hotel restaurant/ menu is OK. Nothing special. If someone is not good with insects, spiders, crabs and generally wildlife they should not consider Morgan's Rock. Also there is a lot of stairs in case of any mobility issues this hotel is definitely not a good choice. I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to cleaning, although I understand that since it is so exposed to nature this is a challenge. Lastly there was a bit of a safety/ security issue the rooms do not lock and they underline putting your things in the safe which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Property is lush, clean. Staff is the absolute best! Would definitely come back to visit again!
Stairs to the villas were a bit strenuous, but manageable. Maybe just a heads up on the website to let those who have certain health conditions know.

Wonderful
Everything was great. The only thing is if you have problems climbing steps this place is not for you! Now they will pick you up at your room if steps are in issue though. Besides that this place is beautiful!!!
The steps everywhere! Lots of climbing

The property is just incredible. The villa with the private pools are so nice, and the views are so worth it. We were there during wet season but we still had quite plenty of sun. Altho there is not A/C, there is a very good bed cooling system. Food portions are quite big and tasty so sharing is totally fine if you are not so starving :) Oh, and the coffee, the smell is already amazing.
We thought the restaurant is a bit on the pricey side, especially considering it’s kinda difficult to just go out for a bite. There are bugs, beware - but that was expected and part of the experience of course:)

The staff was exceptionally good, professional and responsive. Three stood out: Bismark who has got customer service down to an art, Jon who is a very close second and of course, Jose the chef with his excellent meals; every meal was outstanding
The drive from the gate to the facility, the road was rough, but still manageable. That was something I didn’t expect.

Wonderful
Beautiful accommodation set discretely on hills overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Great beach, wildlife, birds and surrounding forest and very friendly staff.
A little remote so you cannot eat anywhere else but the remoteness added to the peaceful location. the food was very good, particularly breakfast, fresh juices and lunch. I would have preferred a couple of simpler, more local food options on dinner menu.
