Nice big room, very comfortable for myself and my son. We loved the pool. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Lovely gardens and overall a really wonderful place to stay, we will be back for sure. :) ^^

Nice pool good breakfast
Unfortunately large overhanging tree scraped and banged against the roof all night in the wind for three nights in a row. Hardly slept even with earplugs.

El Pacifico is a great, great value for what you pay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and offered a great breakfast. The only drawback was that there are no screens on the windows, so with no air conditioning, windows needed to be open and mosquitoes found their way. Otherwise, would recommend and stay again.

The staff were helpful and relocated us to another property of theirs. The guest house was much nicer
We booked this over Christmas. Pool was green with loads of algae on and a pipe coming out of. The atmosphere was awful, we were the only people there. The bathroom had a massive ant infestation. The room was extremely basic and the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. It is very far out of the way- we were told it was free shuttles but when we arrived they said it was £7 per person to town

The breakfast was good. The employees were also nice
The Casa Oro restaurant located in Hotel Pacifico was closed for dinner and we were not aware of that so we should have been informed about it. We were not familiar with the surrounding areas so we felt unsecure because we had to look for a place to have dinner while we stayed there. Your facebook ad shows that Hotel Pacifico is located about 2-3 block near from the beach but the one that is close is the main Casa Oro

Friendly staff and the quieter location at the end of the beach.
Didn’t have AC In the room just a fan so it was very hot! Though we didn’t ask for another room as we were barely in it. It was manageable

Quiet place, away from the city, peaceful and nice pool
Issues with the room, shower randomly turned on and wouldn’t stop running, then no water. Pictures make the property look nicer than it was
