This hotel is a great location, it is an easy walk to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. The sunsets are gorgeous! The hotel has a really cute sitting patio upstairs to enjoy the warm weather and sunshine, and kitchen for preparing food if you want to. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The property was exceptionally clean. There was nice common areas, and the kitchen was clean and well-stocked for use. The staff even did laundry!
The mattress in our room was slightly too large for the frame which resulted in one side being on a slant, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom was really tiny and smelly. It was also loud at night, which is a trade off for being right downtown.

The location was good. The receptionist very helpful and service minded. Quiet and peaceful place.
It is a basic hotel (and must be judged from that perspective).
There is no hot water and the water pressure is very low. But according to the staff this is for the entire San Juan.
