We were with 1 year old baby. They served food for baby for free. They also have a high chair, that makes quite comfortable to have a meal.
During the booking they said that they have a crib for baby, but unfortunately don’t. And they never had it, so for me it’s unclear why they put this option on booking.
They can’t debit money from the card specified at the time of booking. You need to pay by card or by cash when you arrive.

The rooms were fantastic. We also enjoyed the pool as well as the breakfast and the dinner options available! The breakfast and dinner options were all free! I honestly couldn't have had a more fantastic experience! I loved my stay at the Wayak and would consider going back again! I loved it and hope to go back soon!
Everything at the hotel was honestly great! The only thing that didn't match expectations was the taxi service. On booking.com it stated there was free taxi service too and from the hotel to the airport. When I asked about it, apparently they didn't offer that service anymore, so Booking.com and the Wayak need to change that. They still called a cab for me, and while it wasn't too much for a tourist ($20), it does not compare to the typical cab rates there which are about half that price.

We only stayed for one night and we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 2 am. Nonetheless, hotel staff and the taxi that was arranged for us by the hotel were responsive. It took almost two hours in immigration.
The room is basic but clean. Nice outdoor surroundings and breakfast was nice. There is a good Umami Coffee Bakery which is a 4 min walk.
We would have wanted to stay longer but we couldn’t fit Managua in our 12-day travel in Nicaragua.
If you open the windows instead of turning on the AC, you can hear city street noise. However, this didn’t bother us that much and eventually we closed the windows instead to use the AC.

The location, well-kept areas and the possibility of having breakfast and dinner included.
The room was humid but they provided a dehumidifier. Sadly there was no hot water in the three nights I stayed.

I had a great stay – the staff gave me a warm welcome, the secure parking gave me peace of mind, and the room was very clean with a hot shower waiting after a long day. Everything I needed for a comfortable visit.

Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable, and the overall feel was really quite nice.
The room was small. To get around the bed was a tight squeeze. It was right on the corner, so very noisy.

The breakfast was different and unique. Employees went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. They were friendly, polite and patient even though some of them didn't speak English.
I didn't like that I couldn't speak Spanish. So to the benefit of the hotel, having employees that can speak English would help in the flow of communication.

The staff is always helpful and accommodating to any needs you might have. We usually always stay first day we arrive and last day of our time in Nicaragua and each time it has been great. Good breakfast and dinner nothing elaborate but hits the spot.
This has nothing to do with the hotel, there is a bit of loud music that plays from a club and can be heard in some rooms.
