Fine location. Comfortable spacious room with magnificent view. Decent breakfast with plenty of options. The young gentleman at check in/out was exceptionally helpful and kind.

No explanations about breakfast, hotel facilities and amenities from the staff. There was no amenities in the room (no slippers, toothbrush and etc…) The hotel room was little bit dirty.

Spacious, clean
5 star property with less than average service throughout, noisy events every night, very slow service in all restaurants, poor quality, seriously over priced food - breakfast apart. Rip off taxis predating outside. If you are closing the pool, if you are hosting private events that impact all common areas such as bars, restaurants, lobby and if guests will not be able to sleep until the event is over let the, know in advance.
Staff, with one or two exceptions, always defensive. Not a pleasant stay, especially since we had spent time in Leon and Granada prior to our arrival.

This is a beautiful hotel . Placed perfectly. The breakfast buffet was delicious
The rooms were not too big . We even upgraded and it still didn't seem big .
