Great private studio apartment. It was well equipped for a week long stay. Nice size fridge and a new AC unit. They also provided secure parking.

Close to banks, supermarkets and food places. Karla and her family are super friendly and very helpful. The apartments are exceptional. Super clean, bright and airy with the added bonus of hot water.

The owners of the property live downstairs and are super helpful and lovely, giving us a brilliant introduction to Nicaraguan friendliness, we felt very welcomed. Supermarket and restaurants nearby so easy to self cater or eat out/get take away.

The host family treat me like family, I am a retired 79 year old lady and they help so much around the city and with information about where to go to do everything I needed to do. They also offer ride to anywhere in the city with a regular charge a taxi would charge you, but is safer and very convenient! They made my stay wonderful and from now on I will always stay at their place it feels like home and family? Very Nice and honest family!

The apartment is beautiful, big and very very clean, the kitchen is full equipped, Wi-Fi works perfectly. The bed is large and really comfortable.
Location is central and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe and you can find everything you need at the pulperias and supermarket around. We supposed to stay one night but at the end we stayed more than a week because Karla, Ricardo and their kids are great persons, kind and ready to help and give all the informations you need.
