Art filled boutique hotel in a quiet area where one can walk safely & easily to many nearby areas.
The bed was very comfortable and a healthy breakfast served.
We had a confirmed king apartment with a separate bedroom,kitchen, balcony & city view however on arrival they gave us just a king room with no view a small dirty patio with nowhere to sit. No valid explanation for this change was given.
Also the confirmed total price on Booking.com was $52.50 USD but the property charged us $62.50 USD with no valid reason.
The above issues caused us not to trust!

I had room 2B with a bed fit for a king! The staff were wonderful and friendly! Breakfast each day included with large fruit plate, juice and coffee/tea and large hot entree!
There are no bars/restaurants but it is a very short ride to them so not a problem! I did not like where the desk was located so I moved it so I could put lamp on the desk to read by better light,

It's a really nice place with art hanging on the walls in all the common areas. My room had beautiful furniture, a comfortable bed, and nice warm water in the shower.
The only reason for my low score is due to the cost of the laundry service. $15 for what I usually pay about $5 for in other CA countries. ?????????

I was suprised at how beautiful this hotel was. The room was great but the halls and artwork are amazing. I would absolutely stay here again

We have stayed in Managua at many places over the past 12 years.
We needed to be in Managua for a few days for dentist appointments and need to go back for a couple more appointments in three weeks. This is the only place we will stay now!
I would have liked to be walking distance to a few more places, but with this new taxi system, it's very inexpensive and convenient - the gal at the desk will book for you.

That was like living in an art museum, and sleeping in a royalty bed…
The breakfasts were always super good - ask for the special nacatamales they get once a week in advance…
Excellent laundry and ironing service with unbeatable prices
All people were amazing, the owners, the valet boys, the cooking staff, the cleaning ladies…

José Luis (the gentleman who always was there helping us), our always attentive 2 ladies cooking and serving out amazing breakfast…. And the special pack of tiny dogs !!! In reality to all the other guys who were always attentive and nice !!

Breakfast was excellent; the eggs were cooked to order. The room air conditioner worked great. Also, the owner and staff were very helpful in recommending things to do and arranging transportation.
I wish some nicer restaurants were closer and within walking distance. I would not recommend walking in the surrounding neighborhoods after dark.

It is very good and safe location, you can walk to the Catedral. Ana Maria and Carlos can help you with your travel plans, make recommendations for transportation or dinner.

Pleasant small hotel with artwork everywhere, friendly personnel who arranged fro taxi to Granada and helped to find bets price
The lamps in or room were either too dim or to bright, depending on lamp. Electricity sockets for charging phones not easily accessible
