Near to galerías Mall. If you travel with you family , this tip is important because do you have cinemas, restaurants and many place to buy

- Breakfast is amazing - there is always a wide array from the omelet station, pancakes/French toast, bread, to Nicaraguan typical food, to fresh juices. It's great! It's also provided for a long timeframe. - The location is perfect - next to the Galería's mall. You can literally walk over and be there in a few seconds. I love that aspect. - The staff is friendly and helpful. Everyone - be it the manager, to the chef, to a cleaner - has always been friendly. It's much appreciated.
- The contact number is never replied to... there is a number on WhatsApp that is online that no one ever answers. That needs to be improved. I had a question about the advertised airport shuttle as I wanted to book it. That never happened. - In-Room facilities/sundries: The shower head was not adjustable, and the water would fall outside of the shower. Also, the plastic on the door kept falling off. Finally, if I remember correctly, there is usually lotion, a shower cap and make up remover in previous stays. This time, there were none of the above (though these are not deal breakers for me).
