I loved the facility, the comfort, very clean..
The staff is not friendly and they tried to charge me C$65,000 for one night, my credit card stopped the transaction if not they would've robbed me, I called me as soon as I got the email and they didn't have an answer.

Wonderful
Location next to restaurants. Cabs knew the hotel so easy to get to. Breakfast was good, wifi was fine. Huge room, very quiet for a city. Helpful staff. Ice cream shop was a bonus on hot afternoons.

A clean and safe place to land on our way out of town. AC worked great! Bar and restaurant right next door was incredible and ice cream parlor on the grounds. It took five minutes to get the hot water going, but once it came in, it was glorious!

Good and safe location to walk.
The rooms were nice and clean. It has a fridge and stove (great extra we didn't expect)
Parking is limited in front of the rooms.
The wifi didn't work on our last night.
You cannot go on the little patio / terrace of the rooms, it's looked.
We were given just 2 towels both days (even tho we were 4) however the staff resolved very fast.

Spacious room, accessible location, breakfast included
Parking next to the building is very limited; the secondary parking lot is sometimes full and has a gravel floor. During this visit, the Wi-Fi connection was unstable; the room's modem wouldn't connect, and we had to connect to neighboring rooms. After a power outage, the Wi-Fi disappeared completely. It's very annoying to find guests smoking in hallways and sometimes in the elevator

Nothing I didn't stayed , I had a reservation,
When I got to the place they, didn't have my room or even tried to help me they just send me to another hotel los pinos close by.
They said they only had one room available and it was for someone else they were waiting for.
To be honest nothing , I had a hard time finding the place and once we got there this dude in the front was ,not friendly and he didn't know what he was doing.
Plus he call someone else on the phone and not even then ,he was not able to solve my problem
I have a reservation I did with booking.com
And they couldn't find it , that was really bad after driving all day thinking I have a place to stayed over , got there at 9 pm
And they just tell me they don't have anything available for me , that so far is been my worst experience traveling.

Spacious, comfortable and an extreme value for your money. Breakfast was really good, staff was extremely kind and friendly. Overall, great hotel would come again
only complaint is appliances were a little on the older side but it’s to be expected

The room was super huge but the conditions of the place make it look like it was a fancy and nice place years ago, the lacking of maintenance can be easy perceived. The staff was kind and friendly and it is close to some restaurants and coffee shops. The recommendation is not to walk around alone after 5-6pm.

Rooms are so big ! And nice this time we had somewhat hot water in the shower but other then that it is great
Needs hot water and some dish rags and paper towel and kitchen soap.
