The price per night was excellent! The location is good as it’s near Carretera Norte to go to the airport (by car).
I’d definitely come back! The room was exceptional! It looked exactly like a room in a hotel in Singapore. Something I didn’t expect.
The hot water was labeled as C for Cold and the cold water was labeled as H for hot. It’s a minor thing but needs to be fixed.

It's a modern business class hotel in a part of the city that I wanted to stay, very close to a mall for shopping. Reception area open all night making it easy to arrive late in the evening.
Price could be a bit lower, perhaps the $45 to $60 range would be better fit.

Great location next to a big mall, fun for walking around, and the food court gave us many options for meals. The breakfast had a good variety of things to eat . The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were helpful. Great spot for stopping in managua. They didn't offer airport pickup or drop off. We had to pay $20 each cab to and from airport. The workout room just had a couple Cardio machines, not much else for working out. The AC worked in our room which was very nice.

I think the location is great. I've stayed here quite a few times when flying in / out of Managua and have always enjoyed both the staff and easy access to the mall. The hotel is associated with the conference center, so has breakfast, which is about average.
I've been staying at the Hex for years. Every time I go in or out of Managua I stay there. They are conveniently located and the staff are great. Unfortunately, the hotel hasn't updated the rooms in the last couple of years and they are really starting to show their age (scuffs on all the walls, the caulking of the bathrooms needs to be done, etc.). The rooms all need an update. While I was there they were replacing all the locks on the doors with contactless entry. I came back to my room to find my door lock gone and somebody working in my room. The hotel should be notifying customers before doing work on their rooms -- especially since this was obviously scheduled work and they knew in advance.

Breakfast was delicious, the ladies serving it were kind and attentive. The lady at the reception desk was quick and effective. Unlike Camino Real, this hotel does state they are 3 stars only and we were already prepared for what to expect. Needless to say, the staff at Hotel Hex was notably better.
The room is certainly small, luckily we didn't have much luggage with us, but I can imagine it can get cramped pretty quickly if you carry more than three suitcases.
