The bed was big and AC functioned. Also served breakfast (but wasn't anything special)...
The pictures showed a SWIMMING POOL... BUT they DO NOT HAVE! (SOME Pictures were a DIFFERENT PROPERTY.) The HOTEL OWNER LIED to Booking .com Representative (IN-FRONT of ME). He claimed that "I NEVER SHOWED UP for my reservation"... I QUESTIONED WHY IMMEDIATEL??? The Owner explained = "The hotel didn't have to pay commission to Booking .com when guests don't show up". AND "the room is already much cheaper since I have the Genius Level 3 discount. So they don't want to lose more profit!" BUT IN REALITY: Booking.com DID CHARGE my credit card AND I got NEGATIVE REPORT on my ACCOUNT!!! I tried sending pictures of the room and of my chat with the owner and WhatsApp to booking but apparently I could only send one picture and that wasn't sufficient

Exceptional
Hotel Fontana was a great place to stay. It was super clean and provided all the amenities! (Towels, warm water, A/C, breakfast, etc) the owners and staff were wonderful and super helpful throughout our stay. They were willing to help us coordinate transportation and were all around great. Location was perfect for us, very easy to get around. The breakfast was delicious every morning and I enjoyed being able to schedule it the night before. I will definitely be back. Gracias por todo!
My only comment is our bathroom was a little small so if you’re needing a little space it’s a tight squeeze. Overall though it was very clean and everything worked perfectly.
