Staff. Location. Cleanliness. Food. Overall a recommended place to stay in Managua.
Only one item to keep as a constructive criticism. Room 21, experienced a small set back as the pipes in the toilet became backed up. Olimpia was such a help and we were able to clear the issue in no time.

Its clean and the staff was helpful
The air conditioner was on its last legs and was so loud it was impossible to sleep. It sounded like someone was mowing a lawn in our room. There was no bottled water in the room.

Very comfortable rooms and beds. It is a lovely little sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Managua. Close to shopping and restaurants. The plunge pool was just right and breakfast was delicious!
First-time travelers coming to the property are met with a large steel door and no way to enter. I would suggest a sign on the door with the What's App number to call for entry. We banged on the door and pressed the intercom button for 10 minutes before calling the number, which, because I don't have data, cost me $20 to turn data on.

Nice and quiet hotel. It has a pool where you can refresh yourselves..which is super in Managua.
Room clean and essential.
You are not in the center of Managua (which in any case doesn't matter!) but yes in a safe position.

The hotel is close to the UCA microbus station, so if you want to leave Managua early in the morning, this would be a good choice. Please consider, the hotel doesnt provide food, if you arrive late at night. And you dont want to walk there around at night. But they helped me to order food from an online food service. The hotel itself feels very safe. By the way, the rooms are really large and the also come with a kitchen...
All in all it Was ok, nothing to complain.

Great security, very helpful staff. Lovely inside the gates. We had a large room with a kitchenette. Nicaragua is hot and the A/C worked great. Excellent shower. Made to order eggs for breakfast and nice tropical fruit.
