Great service from the staff. Nice looking rooms
Way too may mosquitos in the room. The sheets, linens, and towels were almost all torn or had stains. Need to update those items to new ones

At first in person, it seemed very good. There were not many places to eat right near the hotel, especially as we are vegetarians.
Under the desk under the TV, where nobody looks, we saw a black mold growing. This needs to be addressed. We thought the room was fabulous until we saw that so we’re downgrading it because of that it was room. I can’t remember the number.

The location was great, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly and the facilities were nice. Breakfast was delicious.
Pool needed cleaning and the room smelled a bit stale. A way to improve things would be to double check to see that the room is ready for customers.

Staying there for the second time, it was nice stay as usual. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They helped me in everything possible, in everyway possible.
The Only thing I had complain about was the mosquitos in the room. I understand it was the mosquitos season but they did not have mosquito repellent. They should carry it

The moment I walked into the room, I was greeted by a swarm of mosquitoes flying around like they owned the place. On the bed, I counted at least a hundred dead little flies—yes, on the bed! The sheets clearly hadn’t been changed or washed recently. The smell of sweat from previous guests was overwhelming and absolutely revolting. The shower? A complete joke. The showerhead looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades. Note to the owner: It doesn’t take much to make a place decent. If you know guests are coming, spray the room for bugs ahead of time. Change the sheets after every guest—yours reek. Fix the shower. It takes minimal effort to show a little care, and guests might actually enjoy staying here. As it stands, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

As other guests mentioned, bed was very comfortable. And breakfast was good enough. Staff were very friendly.
Inside the room was too dark. A lot of mosquitoes were flying always. Bed sheet and pillow covered were never changed during my stay for 8 nights.

The lamp didn’t have a plug in so didn’t work, the fan was broken, there were exposed electric wires in reach of my kids.

Had a 6am flight I can’t speak Spanish the staff arranged a taxi for 4am and knocked on door when taxi arrived. Very great full. Thank you.
