The staff was friendly and helpful
There was a party and the music was loud and you can hear it up to 5th floor, it finished at 12am. Also, the room has a humid smell and we saw the airco was dripping on the carpet. Location is good, but for the price too noise if there is an event.

This location was much better a few years ago. It was my go-to place in Managua, but similar properties are now available for less than half the price. The once spectator pool is now a disappointment and dirty! I wasn't able to get the room that I had reserved, but I was charged the same.
The once beautiful and well maintained pool. The overpriced and sub-standard restaurant. 5 star price for 3 star product!

Prices are to high. $5.00 dollars for a 16 once bottle of beer $2.50 for a bottle of water of 16 once’s . Food very expensive . Overall I will never stay in the hotel ever . Not even for free .

I liked the cleanliness, the location , beds where clean
I had a reservation and they couldn’t find out how come I had 4 people in the room and they had another info , then they charged me additional money for breakfast , had me waiting because they couldn’t or didn’t know what was wrong with system or reservation , plus the water in the pool wasn’t that clean

Very clean room and nice pool area. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were superb! Reception staff who also checked us in and out were very nice, polite and efficient.
We understand this is also a convention centre, however, It should have been stipulated when booking, that due to an event, the hotel bar would be closed to the hotel guests. The reason for staying at this hotel was to have everything there and not have to leave the hotel for anything. After a few weeks travel and needing to relax before a long flight home, it was disappointing. This made a big difference to our stay. We also found it very uncomfortable trying to relax by the pool with hundreds of smartly dressed people taking selfies around us!

All was good! The staff was nice and we loved breakfast there.
Somehow every morning after we came back from breakfast, all our bathroom towels were gone. It’s pretty inconvenient for us. We had to grab the towels from outside room. Why was that?!?!?!!! They cleaned then left no towels.

The breakfast was fantastic. The gym was well- equipped and clean, and the pool area was inviting and enjoyable. The room was clean and super comfortable.
The location was a bit distant from things. The front desk staff were not knowledgeable of the area and failed to be able to answer questions about the area.
