The food was good. The rooms are quite big. The staff are very friendly.

Wonderful
Very friendly helpful staff and appreciated that most spoke English. I also appreciated that I was able to get a very good currency exchange and also able to change higher dollar bills to smaller values. It was great having the taxis readily available—trip to airport was $25 as shuttle service isn’t free.
Internet was slow and I had to consistently keep reconnecting so I wouldn’t recommend for working remotely.

Disappointing
Beds were comfortable
I stayed here for one night and was very disappointed. When I arrived, there was no hot water. I went out and came back around 1 a.m., but the problem still wasn’t fixed. Since it was just a one-night stay, this was very inconvenient. I called to express my dissatisfaction, but all I received was a simple “sorry.” Thankfully, hot water was available the next day.
On top of that, the iron in the room ruined a delicate dress. It looked like the iron had been badly “cleaned” or scraped, leaving a rough edge that damaged the fabric. This was not the staff’s fault, but rather an issue with the poor condition of the facilities.
I had invited friends from the USA, thinking this was supposed to be one of the best hotels in the area, but unfortunately, my experience was far from that.

Wonderful
Had a pool that was much appreciated and is in a good location in Managua. Was clean and the restaurant on site is nice to have if you don’t feel like heading out for dinner.

I loved the hotel, great gym and the staff was always super nice. Lovely breakfast and great location. We did get one of the worst rooms. We are a male couple and they often give us an inferior room for whatever reason, all neighboring rooms were clearly better and had views. Ours had a tiny window, it was dark all day because the curtains didn’t open and it was in between the building with views of a wall, while there were so many other rooms available. The pool is extremely shallow, it’s basically a kids pool.

It was a nice, quiet and comfortable hotel. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The view on the city was nice and the breakfast options were nice.
While Hilton can be traditional (which we like), this Hilton just seems old, dated and badly maintained. The rooms were a bit old and stuffy. Also, when we tried to ring a waiter from the pool, the buttons were not functioning.
In general, the hotel needs a good update. I don’t think we will return any time soon, since the hotel still had Hilton prices, but no Hilton quality.

Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, the linens were very clean and white as it’s supposed to be . Everything was great. Breakfast had a large variety of food with many options.
They do not have gluten-free bread and it seems like they’re not too familiar with that ,which is going to be a problem for customers with gluten intolerance.

Had an amazing stay at this Hilton hotel in the center of Managua. Great location, lovely decor, friendly and welcoming staff, outstanding breakfast, and a great spacious room.
There’s not much I can say that I didn’t like about this property, it does look a bit old in parts and could use some renovations though.
