The room was very comfortable with good ac, a nice hot shower, good bed, dark and quiet. The breezy front porch is a really nice place to sit and watch the world go by. Nica breakfast was good.
The property was in a remote area with absolutely no signage or commercial identification. It was difficult for my taxi driver to locate the property. There was staff waiting outside for my late arrival, which was the only way we were able to find the place, and the vibe was not good. Staff needs better training in hospitality (Roger the exception.) Confusion arose around billing/payment, thanks to friends of the owners, guests there, who ruined my breakfast with their aggressive approach into my business. I’m accustomed to payment on-site, and felt pressured to pay through an alternative means, which I declined. The owner conceded, through polite communication from Canada, but I was left with an unsettled feeling altogether.

Breakfast was well done, but at the 3rd morning no fresh fruits. Location would have potential, close to shopping malls, but maybe dangerous - as I arrived - I had to ring and knock 10 minutes before a sullen women opened the door...
Even I had to announce my arrival time, the hotel was completely locked as I arrived? I had to call and knock about 10 minutes until an unfriendly women opened. The room was not done during 3 nights. The laundry was grey and had spots. Pool patio - nearly no chairs and 2 broken chairs were there without backrests. Just a pillow on top. No service, - I absolutely felt disturbing.

My a/c was turned off around 10:30 I think
Probably ‘cause the property needs to save on electricity though it was kk but they didn’t tell me .
I turned off (myself) a/c at 4:00 am on my own because the room got too cold for my personal comfort ! I turned it back on after breakfast around 9 am

Really helpful staff, extremely kind taxi driver :) I had issues related to my airline and luggage being late so arrived almost at midnight and they were so helpful, communicating with the airline and everything - really helped a solo traveller.
Water was not available all the time in the room which would have been better to be notified about prior to it running out - it was not a problem, just pointing out a way it could be improved.

It was a quick trip for one night so we didn't get the full experience but Iliana was excellent to host us and made sure we were comfortable when we checked in at 10.
The room has all the in-room amenities (iron, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, safe, toiletries) and the breakfast was great.
The only problem is the location. The neighbourhood and surrounding streets are very nice and safe but it is not close to anything.

The stuff was very helpful and polite,the facilities were the cleanest I have seen so far and the vibe was amazing! Super nice decoration and style, very cosy with comfortable beds and big bathroom with a lots of space to unpack!
Next time in Managua we are definitely staying in El Mirador suites again.

Nice location, close to where I needed to be. Not many places to walk to as it is located in a residential area. The hotel arranged a driver for transportation to and from the airport. The hostess prepared a made to order breakfast each morning. The room was clean and comfortable and adequate size. There is air conditioning in the room, with a fan.

The manager on duty, Elena (not sure of the spelling), was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to be so helpful to us. She worked with us so graciously with our use of Google Translate since our Spanish is not up to par. She helped us to order dinner from a delivery app that she had (there are not many restaurant choices nearby but Pedidos Ya delivers from a variety - we got grilled chicken). There is a Nacatamal business within walking distance (you can see the shop from the porch) as well as a couple of small grocery stores. The main road Carretera Masaya is not far away and you can take the little 3-wheel transports for 50 cords. She will also call a taxi if needed. Very helpful.
Maybe I missed it but didn't realize the property had cats and my husband is allergic. This didn't prove to be a problem, though, because we were really not in contact with them other than at breakfast time. We just adjusted. And, truthfully, I'm glad I wasn't aware because I probably wouldn't have booked there and would have missed a delightful stay. You are in a local neighborhood and on a bus line so if you are a light sleeper, I suggest you have ear plugs.

Lovely little hotel and the ladies working there were great. They really looked after me. Beds are very comfortable and fantastic hot water shower for my pampered butt.
Only knock is no restaurant.
