Rooms, missing towels, a/c did not work on two different rooms, rooms missing garbage can plastic bags.
The front desk manager act like did not care.

It looks a bit rundown, like it needs better maintenance. The smell throughout the lobby and hallways was strong. It smelled like mold, or like carpets need to be cleaned or replaced.

Dated hotel and NOT what I expected for a Crowne Plaza - definitely NOT an upscale property! Did not appreciate the horrible WELCOME by the Front Desk Receptionist who insisted I booked a regular room when I specifically chose a "Lakeview Room" on the Booking.com website. We fought for 30 minutes until she offered a Junior Suite with the view of an alley so NO lake view!
Dated hotel. My Junior Suite had horrible cheap lighting plus a very small bathroom. View was of a street or alley. Poor lighting...cheap LED night table lamps were the ONLY lighting in the entire main bedroom. Definitely NOT a full service high-end property! Room service was only offered until 10PM.
