The property is very nice, comfortable and well kept. The swimming pool is excellent and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent and price very competitive.

Mosquitoes when sun goes down by the pool.
Needs to invest in mosquito zappers or the citronella candles
Around pool area needs to put anti slippery because it gets wet and a child slipped and fell yesterday.

The staff was wonderful, the room was kept clean and smelled cleaned. I enjoyed the pool and the facility. Breakfast was amazing
The only thing I did not like was the dinner option. I ordered a chicken on the grill and it was delivered burnt and dry.

The property is located only a few minutes from the airport. The facility is very comfortable and clean. The pool area is very inviting.
The only thing I didn’t like is that even though there was AC in the room, it didn’t cool it. The room was warm. Other than that, everything was great.
The bed was very comfortable and well as the pillows.
Breakfast that is included, is excellent and abundant.

Hot water in the shower.
A lot of mosquitos inside.
Shuttle service works during the day only.
No bath accessories (shampoo, soap etc)
No tea, coffee in the room. And I don’t know why there was only one glass, if room is for two people at least.
Restaurants inside are expensive for such quality.

i arrived late at night after a long flight from the US, and the room (with blackout shades) was the perfect cozy rest i needed before continuing on to granada. i'm glad i splurged a little bit. breakfast in the morning was extensive - lots, i mean lots of fruit & bread options, and then some other choices like bacon, a beef stew of sorts that i wrapped in a tortilla...along with a couple of juice options. all the staff i came in contact with were courteous. i'd totally stay here again if i ever need a place close to the airport.

Would have liked SOME entertainment ( even low-key) & later closing in bar on special occasions … we arrived New Year’s Eve.
