Rooms are average for Nicaragua. Hot water was iffy, at best.

Great location - it is clean, and well staffed. The restaurant was convenient and priced reasonably. 2 complementary bottles of water was appreciated.
No hot water and lots of bugs flying around the room. Only 3 English channels on television.

I hate that even though the room was ready they would not let us in at 12:00 noon Had to wait until 2:00 pm . Ruined or afternoon.

The hotel is a 30 second walk across the street. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and easy. They have a restaurant on site, and the pool was lovely. There are some other food options a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Superb location for late arrivals and early departures - right next to the airport. The free shuttle is nice but not necessary. Nice big pool, tropical garden.
There was only 1 comfy lounge chair in the entire large pool area. The gym was looked during my stay and contained only a bare minimum of dated equipment.

Perfect place for an overnight stay before a flight. Walking distance to the airport and a taxi rank right outside the hotel for trips into downtown if desired. Decent food in the restaurant. Comfortable bed and good A/C. Nice grounds - I did a little birdwatching during some downtime.
I thought the room was a little small and dark. The covered outdoor corridors between rows of rooms was weird. One window faced that corridor so you had to keep the curtain closed for privacy. The arrangement also amplified the sounds in that corridor. If someone was talking near your room, you definitely heard it.

kids screaming all night, no fridge in the unit and I paid $135 a night. After I got to the property they charged me $23 extra for pets that I literally put on my reservation. mosquitoes in the room. I AID FOR 3 ROMS AND 3 BEDS ND GOT 1 ROOM WITH 2 BEDS! SCAM! EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES! $3 for a can of 12 ounce coke. I had to ask for the wifi password and where to eat breakfast because they didnt tell me.
