It was very good, but is just a coment for you can beter it in the coming future dad the pool sound be open the 24 hrs,so the guest can enjoy it at all times.

Location, cleaning and comfort. It's a beautiful and great place to stay with family. Very good and decent prices. The location and conditions are fantastic, 100% perfect.
1. The person on the counter, was trying to charge me an extra $40, according to her, for the currency exchange. Even though I was paying US dollars. 2. They offered to be pet friendly, but another member of the team yelled at me saying that it was not pet friendly and Charging extra for a puppy. I paid her, and she was still yelling and making calls. 3. Some of the staff doesn't really know how to treat customers. I've been there more than twice, and it's always been deplorable (part of the staff). But I'll keep coming back because the place is great. My family and I loved it from the first time.

They had a nice pool. Air conditioned private room which is like searching for gold in Nicaragua. The place was clean. Decent breakfast included.
Locked gate to enter and exit the property that involved ringing a bell and waiting.

It is located in a quiet neighborhood, near access to a small supermarket with an ATM. The room was clean with air conditioning, and breakfast was fine. The two little kittens are adorable.
The TV is not working, and the pool needs to be cleaned.

We were very surprised that no one speaks English in a business that deals with mostly tourists. There was nothing nearby that was good to see.

The important needs were all covered - comfortable bed, air conditionong, hot shower albet with fluctating temperature, typical breakfast. It is not particularly close to anything, but I did walk to the central part of town for museum visit and signature Allende statue. There is a pool that looks and functions like one.
No key is given to the outside door.

Great price, and our kids loved the bunk bed. Good ac and hot shower.
Unfriendly staff, long checkin process, wifi didn’t work, had to pay for drinking water, ants in the room, no bedside lamp, mediocre breakfast.

Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was nice. The furniture in my room looked like beautiful antiques from the 19th century.

They will do everything to take extra money from you... We wanted to cancell a taxi we booked 40 minutes ago and refused to reimburse us. Charged us 3$ for water AC was not working.

Great area!! Cheap eats right around the corner., safe surroundings. Good breakfast! I go to managua twice a year and this is a great first for me. Will be back, 5 blocks from Los Ranchos, amazing meats!! Bella mi Managuita y el hotel Art esta divino. Gracias por su cortesia
