I liked the size of the room. It had a full kitchen. Security and gated made me feel safe.
It had a shuttle but was not free. Booking mentioned that breakfast was included, but when asked, there was a charge.

Location and beds
Overall, my recent stay at the hotel was decent, but there were a few issues worth noting. The parking lot was a bit complicated to navigate, and the door security electronic system seemed outdated. Additionally, the backyard glass door had broken security features, which was concerning for safety. Furthermore, I noticed that one of the bath lamps was damaged. Despite these drawbacks, the rest of the amenities and services were satisfactory.

Very comfortable rooms connected to a cosy garden with refreshing pool. Rooms are big and give you a home feeling. Be aware that breakfast is not included, but a mall is not far away

Great stay at this small boutique hotel! Very safe location and loved the spaciousness of the rooms with the kitchenette which felt more like a studio apartment. The small gardens outside each room were also nice to enjoy/ view each morning. Staff was very helpful from the cleaning ladies to security to the front desk. I have visited Managua 20+ times and tried many of the area hotels but Altos is my new favorite and will definitely make this my go-to place when in Managua again!

We booked the junior suite which was really beautiful. Unfortunately we ordered food (not from the Hotel) and got immediately food poisoned. The hotel stuff was really friendly gave us a lot of water and even called a doctor and nurse that visited us. Highly can recommend the stay!

A place where you feel instantly at home! Good taken care of. Nice location with a view on the lush green surroundings. The staff is super helpfull and very friendly!

The space
Breakfast was not included. The bathroom tub did not drain properly and backed up water. The shower had a very weak output of water because the gate in the tub is broken. Not close to any store other than AM/PM making getting food difficult at best.
