Old! Certainly not the BON Hotel standard
Everything is old. Maybe it's an old hotel that was taken over by BON or so; I'm not sure. But I have stayed at several BON Hotels and this is certainly not as per the BON standard

Staff were very polite and professional
Facilities need a major upgrade. It all seemed old and worn out. From the carpets, to the wall paper to furnishings... Even the tableware needs to be upgraded.
For example, the clean teapots and mugs have tea stains from overuse

The environment was clean and serene. The staff friendly and the hotel clean.

Value for money , friendly staff.
Room and bathroom facilities are not well updated and maintained.
In the tropics with dust and all, you can't use brooms to sweep rugs..you need vacuum cleaner.
