Very Poor

Old! Certainly not the BON Hotel standard

Everything is old. Maybe it's an old hotel that was taken over by BON or so; I'm not sure. But I have stayed at several BON Hotels and this is certainly not as per the BON standard

Fair

Staff were very polite and professional

Facilities need a major upgrade. It all seemed old and worn out. From the carpets, to the wall paper to furnishings... Even the tableware needs to be upgraded. For example, the clean teapots and mugs have tea stains from overuse
