Well located property with nice facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool. Great and professional staff. The ladies at the reception were absolutely lovely. The portiers incredibly helpful. Even housekeeping staff was patient and kind. They were very kind and helpful after we had an hellish experience at our previous hotel in VI. The breakfast was varied and well cooked. We were there on the 1st day of Christmas and the hotel hosted a Christmas brunch which was very fun. They also helped us to extend our stay and offered an airport shuttle. This was a great experience and will recommend this hotel to anyone visit Victoria Island. I’ll definitely visit the hotel again
I can’t think of anything. Maybe restore/modernise the rooms a bit more but that’s just me being tedious.

Nicely appointed rooms, clean toilets. Comfy beds. Nice workplace.
Internet was iffy and A/C tripped a couple of times but I suppose these are momentary issues.

Property is at very good location, front desk staff is good and cooperative,
Rooms and Bathrooms are well cleaned, Bed is comfortable
Toilets is not comfortable for Indians and Tap Mixture (Hot and Cold Water) is not working properly.
For vegetarian I not suggest to book this hotel with meals, and not like service of restaurants staff.

The size of the king room was the only good thing I can remember.
I was first put in a room where the AC didn’t work, then I got moved to a second room where the phone or intercom didn’t work. 4-star is a bogus rating for this property. The toilet had stains.

Booked a room via Booking.com and was denied checking in at the hotel. Reason being that the rate on Booking.com was incorrect despite providing confirmation of booking. I was stranded.

Need a bit of updating especially the bathroom. Bathroom glass hinges came off during our stay and had pointy edges. It was a hazard. Shower head was dated and affected water pressure

Location was good but I was refused check in
I had a confirmed booking with booking.com. when I tried to check in, the reception staff refused to check me in and unapologetically demanded i pay three times more than the rate I booked.
I was left stranded and had to book an alternative hotel.

The value for money. The room size, cleanliness & friendly staff. Mr. Moses and his team went above and beyond. The breakfast was also really good.

Disappointing
Location is good and size of suite is nice
The showers are the worst, water is only giving tiny drops. Things are not maintained in good condition. Had to move rooms and again shower head is bad.
