Poor
The room was very small and cramped up, bathroom has no shower door or cubicle, water splashes all over the floor. The room was poorly lighted, no comfortable work space/chsir/desk. Very poor lighting for working.
I don't know who the designers had in mind when designing the rooms.
I'll Definitely not be returning to this hotel, even if it's the oly place in Lagos. From the outside, it looks quite nice, until you get to the rooms.

The facility was clean, warm and welcoming.
Some of the staff where a bit off, Customer service is an all or nothing skill. they need to brush up on their communication because some front desk employee sound rude.

Disappointing
Staff been truthful no complementary breakfast telling me I booked online,payed more than guest that came in person , room was small buffet breakfast suck… I had to go to the nxt hotel to eat breakfast ( Albergo) staff didn’t look happy

Very Poor
Across there was a bar called Ciel and had the name of the roof top in dc Ciel.
I am disappointed I stayed last week and this weekend. The service was basic and when I was checking out they required me to pay 20000. This was not part of the agreement.
The staff gathered around to say their staff was wrong but I must pay. The argument went on for 15 minutes after the manager came and yet the insisted on me paying.
It was sad because I called and I spoke to the particular staff MRS UJUWA before I came by and I was there the weekend before.
They just distasteful and money hungry and using God to buttress their fault. They kept telling me how staff will suffer and I told them everything is not money. My mum is in the hospital and I have a double slipped disc and I lost a child. They made me feel guilty and told me it is nothing for me .
I am not going there anytime soon and the whole wolves attack should not be tolerated for a big establishment.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were very good. The location and the complimentary breakfast were great.

The front desk manager with glasses is very very moody and not welcoming at all.
Check in process is quite cumbersome, forms to fill, ID photocopied twice, 2 sets of documents to sign .. It's a hotel room not a bank loan.
Rooms are comfy but quite small, adequate for 1 but not 2 guests.

Kind, responsive staff. They came to my rescue with the freezing room, and later, when the same room got misty—security provided an umbrella in the rain, etc. Breakfast was great, with excellent varieties. I love that there is room service. The Internet was excellent. Even though they had repair downtime, there was information to that effect, and the repair was done after midnight. Comfortable, clean room. Free bottles of water are available for guests! Well-established gym. Overall, it is a value-for-money hotel in the Lekki phase one location. I hope to return.
I ran out of water in the shower! Supposing you are freezing, it is hard to regulate the AC from your room. Don't open the door to the balcony to keep warm either, because your room would be covered in mist from wall to wall to floor, including your bed. To be fair to management, there was advice against doing that. I only saw it at check-out. It could have been placed by the AC control. The water dispenser in the Gym requires regular cleaning and refill.

The AC in my room wasn’t cooling well. Called in maintenance and they asked that I call back in 30mins if it wasn’t still cooling
