Dear Park Inn Hotel Management,
I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I encountered ongoing issues with the WiFi connection in my room, which also prevented me from turning on the TV, as it required an internet connection.
As an international guest, reliable WiFi was especially important for me, since I could not use my mobile phone without a stable internet connection. This made it difficult for me to communicate and access essential services during my stay.
Although a technician visited my room several times (five visits in total) to address the problem, the issue was never resolved. On the last visit, the technician assured me that he would return to fix the problem, but he did not come back. As a result, I was unable to use the TV or my phone for the duration of my stay, which affected my overall comfort and satisfaction.
I hope you will look into this matter to improve the guest experience in the future. Thank you for your attention.

The Okra and mackerel gumbo for breakfast was delicious.
Breakfast lacked healthy options, and the granola was far too sweet. There were too many chafing dishes with the hot alcohol / gel burners underneath, and the fumes were overpowering. The wifi was consistently awful, probably need to get a Starlink. Television remote stopped working. Far too little drinking water provided in the room/ on the floor given the hot climate in Lagos. Should at least provide a water filter to refill the plastic bottles from.

Park Inn was by far the best value-for-money hotel I've stayed in in Lagos. If your budget doesn't allow for the highest-end hotels, this one is your next best option. Very friendly, helpful staff, super clean, spacious room, wifi was very reliable and fast, breakfast had lots of options, and they were also able to link me with a highly reliable driver for trips to/from the airport as well as around Victoria Island. I loved it!
I wouldn't write home about the food on the room service menu.

The Smart TV in my room. The noiseless and very controllable AC. The hangers with pegs. The magnifying mirrors. The fancy table lamp. The pillows. The balcony. The quality of facilities and furniture. The air freshener fragrance. The staff's patience and willingness to help.
The unclear extra charge which made the total charge different from what is on bookings.com app (charge + VAT and tax).
The concentration of air freshener at the lounge.
Seemed like the hot water is timed.

I enjoyed as always staying at park in Radisson in Victoria Island. The staff is excellent. The rooms are beautiful and the service is great and the food is delicious each time. I am in Lagos Nigeria I will be staying at Park in Radisson.
The property is secured and is in a reserved area trees just a beautiful scenery.

Variety of food choices and service was fantastic! Extremely helpful and friendly.
Extra charge for using a credit card- although they claimed it does not charge- I still ended up paying more than expected.

Pleasant. Food excellent. Staff friendly and professional. Room was comfortable and cleaned on request. WiFi in the room was poor at best. Hotel security was visible and it felt a safe environment. Location was quite good. I will happily stay there again when next I'm in lagos. I have to add that a slight negative would be the smell in the corridors and lobby areas . Some form of air freshener should be applied to these areas as it takes quite a bit away from the hotel and that should not be too much of a big deal to fix. Would definitely make a massive difference. Finally, the pool area was too hot, possibly due to the green house gas effect. So ended up avoiding the pool area most times.

Very satisfactory experience. The staff were all great with no exception. Prompt attention whenever required. Real home away from home. Breakfast is very delicious. Radisson always delivers on its promises

Looked forward to the pool, which was actually quite nice and clean. Not bad at all. Just manage your expectations because if it's an Olympic size pool you want, sorry, because it's nothing even relatively close to that. Does the job, but nothing more.
