I loved the large room with the sofa and kitchenette with the refrigerator and microwave. The bed was also very comfortable. And it was quiet too. I liked the movie selection on the TV too. I loved the outdoors setting around the restaurant and pool. I swam in the pool, and the water was warm, not cold. I also loved the lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool for nice relaxation. The view of the lagoon was breathtaking.
It would have been nice to get a tour of the amenities offered during our stay at check-in. We had to ask, where is the pool? Where is breakfast served? Where is the Cactus restaurant? Where do we get a towel for the pool? I didn't even know that Cactus restaurant was associated with our stay until the day before we left. I enjoyed their food menu more than the Lebanese menu by the pool.

The location was exceptional - most destinations were just 5-10 minutes away, with easy access to Cactus Restaurant and Black Diamond Hotel. Lovely view. The convenient buggy shuttle service was a plus, and the manager Maria went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.
The cleanliness standards needed improvement - the floors appeared unmaintained, and despite regular changes, the bed linens felt dusty. The ground staff often struggled to understand and fulfill basic requests.

Wonderful
The room was bigger than I had expected, and overlooked the lagon. Fantastic views. The staff were very pleasant and professional. Breakfast was great and had many varieties of food. Was able to use the gym at Black Diamond hotel, which was within the complex.
The bathroom shower needs upgrading. Had to request for white towels, rather than the mustard coloured ones. Towels were a bit worn out. The kitchen needed cutlery and plates.
