The Room was Huge. The view was good. TV was also good.
The check in process was handled poorly by the hotel. They checked me into the hotel using a previous cancelled booking and hence I was charged for 5 days instead of the actual 4 days. And now I need to chase for the refund. Also since the valid booking now shows cancelled by the hotel I need to again chase booking.com to make sure that they dont charge penatly for us. It was a big mess.

The hotel is looking old. Nothing fancy or worth the price of the room. A room at a hotel with a fee of 35k is the worth of this place. Its overrated

My stay in this hotel was simply among the very best. The food, staff, cleanliness, view from the room, were excellent. Even though the hotel is expensive, I got reall value for my money.

The only good thing about the hotel is that they change the sheets, towels and clean the room every morning.
The receptionists were very horrible and so unkind, not just to me, but I find a lot of people complaining each time I go to the reception. The bathroom had soap scum, which was not properly cleaned and maintained. The windows were also dirty. I had such a terrible stay here, and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone. It is not worth the price, nor is it a 5-star hotel, in my opinion.
