Everything about Lagos Continental is excellent. From the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, to the facilities, my room, the food (delicious), it was all excellent. This was my third stay in less than 7 months, and it was better everytime.

The breakfast buffet. The food was very mediocre in terms of taste and options. Not great quality. I think that in order to serve the high volume of guests they have taste and quality have been compromised.

Apart from the wonderful views in the rooms - which I love. This is hands down the best service I have received in Nigeria! From the security guard at the gates to the attendants by the main entrance, elevators, gym, concierge, cleaners, breakfast area, executive lounge, and manager (Jennifer) - nothing but outstanding, respectful and courteous service to me and my guests.
I was booked at a different hotel and changed it on my first night because I was not impressed with their facilities and service. LCH was my second choice and I am so glad I chose it. I liked it so much I extended my stay. One of my hallmarks of good hospitality is how visitors of all standing are treated, I watched LCH staff treat my driver with the same level of dignity they accorded guests at their hotel. This indicates the pride staff take in their work and establishment, management should keep up whatever its doing to maintain staff morale. I couldn't recommend Lagos Continental Hotel highly enough and will return again and again for as long as the quality of service and respect sustains.
It's a little pricey and the pool is small. Insufficient outdoor space with views of the ocean.

The breakfast cooks don't know how to make eggs....like sunny side up eggs etc... most times the beef is leftover and very very hard...

The staff was amazing. A special shout out to Joel, Pascal, Joy, Chinedu and Olaide at breakfast.I didn't catch their names, but the ladies making the eggs and omelets were awesome. Isaac and Joseph at Sugar 52. They were very attentive during our stay for the week. At the café, ask for Joseph and Benedict, a great team. The gentleman who did the housekeeping was great. At last Favour and Itoro at guest relations. Especially, Itoro who checked up on us during the duration of our stay. Thank you again LCH for a wonderful stay, and we will be back for a 4th time.
The only hiccup experienced was when we were told that we couldn't remove our water bottle from breakfast and take it up to the room as that not was not the policy during our previous stays. Otherwise, everything else went well.

Accommodation and cleanliness
Everything was good but for foreigners it’s difficult to deal with local transfer or cash exchange Inside hotel! I think it would be much help if you work on that! Couldn’t get help when I needed such service in the hotel, I had to wait for more than three hours and it was outside person who helped, and she was very far from hotel.

The room and breakfast was good.
I had requested an early check-in i.e. 11 am. However, on arrival they said there are no rooms available and I would be checked in at 2 pm.
However, if I am willing to pay extra NGN 50,000/* then they can make a room available.
That I think is not fair.
