The manager would not honor the booking.com price and over charged for the room. Since only cash was accepted, I couldn't get a refund from booking.com

The hotel space was decent and very private
The AC in my room wasn't working and i believe and suppose that they should have checked all these things before time, the cutlery and cup used to serve breakfast were dirty, the spoon was rusty, i literally threw away the tea and managed to eat the food, we booked ahead and on the day we arrived, we had to wait for someone to check out first for a very long time and it was quite inconveniencing.

The complimentary breakfast tasted good and healthy. The location is okay and above average in general maintenance. Power supply is top quartile and the room air-conditioning functional. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful
There is no signage to indicate the building is an hotel. Parking space for vehicles is so limited.

The facility and the staff were perfect. However, there were lots of mosquitoes in the room that could have been avoided by closing the gap under door ( between the floor and underneath the door), and proper fumigation. This would have helped to prevent mosquitoes ingress.

Wonderful
The room I booked was nice and clean but the Satellite TV was not displaying properly. After bringing this to the Manager's attention, I was given a bigger room at no extra cost - of course with a better TV display functionality. Room service was impressive as well. Great value, budget friendly and would definitely be top on my list during my next stay in Lagos.
