Disappointing
Good location.
The room smelled very musty ? . After one night sleeping there I felt just very congested. I suspect there is mold in the rooms - not visible but just based on the smell and one cannot open windows. While I stayed there, the whole floor was also being painted - adding even more toxic fumes, while one is accommodated there.
I was excited about their sports programm, including spinning classes. But when I showed up for one of their classes, the class did actually not hold, which was quite disappointing.
The phones in the room seem very old school - so the buttons for room service etc. did not actually work.

I really loved everything about this property, from the smooth check-in to the great room and amazing breakfast. The dining options in the lobby area are incredible. The coffee and snacks at the cafe are absolutely fantastic—especially the chicken mayo sandwich! As for the Indian restaurant, Cilantro, it served the best Indian food I have eaten in ages. Even at the in-house bar, the drinks were completely on point. Regarding the staff, everyone was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. They always had a bright smile, greeted us warmly, and consistently checked in to ensure our stay met all our preferences.
The only drawback I noticed was a random electricity blackout, though this affected the entire city rather than just the hotel. I also experienced a slight issue with the bathroom water, but the staff was highly responsive and rectified it immediately.

- when checked-in they demanded a full amount for the whole stay, 11 nights . Refused to pre-authorize and refused to charge for like 5 nights then later on the rest
- breakfast is good, same food everyday for 11 days
- coffee at the breakfast takes 10-15 minutes, as per the staff, the machine takes long time
- gym is simple but enough for a hotel

The welcoming was not professional. The security lady at the reception entrance wasn't welcoming. Nobody to collect our bags.The lady supervisor at the buffet had an attitude. We were given a joint bunk bed instead of a single comfortable queen size bed. We didn't sleep well.The AC wasn't working. No slippers, no robes, The wardrobes were dusty. The room had an unpleasant choking smell when we came in. But the breakfast buffet was really delicious.

The room was spacious and the tub was amazing. Our bed was extremely comfortable, the gym was adequate, buffet choices were quite varied with the food being tasty and well prepared. Room service is quite quick, for a hotel of this size. We were greeted by most staff with a smile and a good morning, afternoon or evening. The staff we asked things of were kind & helpful. The location is something you either want or not, a busy, congested road and area. Parking is free, albeit we had to park outside the grounds one night because more important guests were parked inside.
A large, dying cockroach greeted me in the lobby ladies room after a long drive (upon arrival to the hotel). No apology was offered by management, not even a free buffet meal for the grossness of it. If the hotel was doing bathroom cleanliness checks, they might have found it before myself. I asked for a quiet room for personal reasons, we were placed so we could clearly hear the booming Fri & Sat music, as well as the comings & goings of an employee door. Upon check in, we weren't given one iota of information regarding wifi, how the tv worked, the restaurants on site or their hours, gym & pool hours - nothing.

Food was great. Breakfast buffet amazing. Dine in menu also fantastic.
1. Broken down amenities in the room. TV not working. Phone not working.
