Poor
Security is the only thing very good.
Firstly, the bed size on the website is not what's in the room, intercom not working, complementary breakfast is nothing to write home about besides is for only one occupant, you have to ask for items before you can get them like toiletries and complementary bottles water, the online contact number don't care about your concern along you gave paid and your money is not refundable when the accommodation don't meets your need. We were laterally forced to stay in the room.

Double check your email immediately after booking if you book more than one room. They scammed me, I hate to say it but this are some of the Nigerians that makes others look bad. I hated the property.
I booked two rooms, was charged for two rooms, was shown two rooms, but I was then told I can have the other room if I paid double the rate because they didn't have any other room available. Mind you I had paid for two rooms online, but because they're responsible for the content of the email, they pushed an email that says "You paid for one room." So double check immediately if you paid for more than one room.

The lady that received me tried her best to make me comfortable.
The deceptive picture online which was different from the class of room I was given. I needed to upgrade by paying more.
The consumables were conspicuously absent in the room. I only met towel in the room. Soap, tissue, remote , complimentary water etc. I didn’t have the remote till I checked out.
Check out was another horrific experience. It took the intervention of another person at the reception for me to get a receipt for the meal I took in the hotel. The attitude of the man at the reception was horrible. He made it look as if getting a receipt for service rendered was a favour.
The experience in getting food to the room was also frustrating. I waited for a meal for over an hour only to be told that she didn’t go ahead with the order because she didn’t hear my last words. I had to call back for her to get the food eventually.
I have been using the hotel since 2019 due to proximity to the airport but this experience was the worst. I was really disappointed.

The staff were lovely but the plumbing facility was poor.
The bathroom was falling apart, no towels were given. The food was below average.

Disappointing
Location
Booking requests made and acknowledged via phone were not honoured, the bedsheets were not clean, I struggled to get hot water to shower after repeated calls, there was no power shortly after check-in and I was told back-up power will come up at night, etc

I like that it is situated in the city centre . The air conditioning was very good and there was parking space for my car. The hotel is in a secure location.
the room was too small. I have had better rooms for less the price paid. The bathroom door was sliding door that had to be lifted up to be able to open or close the bathroom. When inside the bathroom, you can’t totally close the door because there’s no handle to use to lift or slide the door. You need to leave enough space for your hands to be able to open the door from inside the bathroom . The food and drinks are too pricey. The bed was not comfortable.

Disappointing
The location was central, which made it easier to access local amenities.
Firstly, the ridiculous idea of breakfast for one when my reservation clearly stated two adults and the fact they didn't display such restrictions online. Secondly, there was a spider in my bathroom, when I requested a room move, I was told they had no other room and weren't even willing to upgrade. Thirdly, despite my booking stating two adults, we were given one towel, one tea cup, no teaspoon, basic condiments were provided without kettle and Lastly my bedsheets weren't changed when requested, instead they just remade the bed and left our used empty bottles used exactly where they were and that of previous lodgers in the bathroom. This is a sign of unacceptable standards of house keeping, which lacks check. In overall the Management standards are nothing to write home about.

Poor
The breakfast is awful. Facility very poor. Though the staffs were pleasant but could not help sort out issues that were beyond thier control. Major one out of all was taking light and not restoring any for over one hour. Not sincere with thier capacity as there they were using inverters and very slow to put on generator.
They need a new manager

Very Poor
The location.
The whole place was delaminated. The rooms were falling apart,, there was no separation in the bathrooms and water was leaking into the rooms after taking a shower, doors don't close properly, mosquito net on the windows were ripped, the receptionist/manager was very disrespectful and even refused to refund money paid despite aware of the state of the hotel. In short, the is a scam. They misrepresented the pictures posted on the website. I have the pictures and videos to prove it.
