The proximity to the airport. The staff were very warm and supportive.
The place requires an upgrade of the facilities. The white towel given to me was grey in colour from overuse.

I wanted a hotel with a bath tub not a shower when I checked in I discovered there was no bath tub in any. It was too late for me to relocate
