The customer service was very good. And I'll like to say thank you for the room upgrade during your 8th anniversary celebration. Much appreciated.
My honest observance will be a little fixes in the maintenance, I noticed a few cracks in the POP and the water system in the bath and shower runs good at the first turn, then runs very slowly afterwards.

Room size was large for the money and Room service was timely.
Lekan at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Generally the staff of the hotel are its greatest assets.
Water pressure in bathroom was almost none existent during my entire stay. I made a complaint and i was told that they will put on a pump to boost the pressure which resolved the issue at the moment. However, by the next shower the issue was back because obviously whatever they did to resolve it had been reverted.
The rug in the room was filty. A vacuum should be used instead of brooms obviously.
Food could have tasted better.

Fawzy’s restaurant is AMAZING, their food is top notch, especially Jollof Spag, Jollof rice and Yam and egg sauce…the environment is so quiet, the rooms are so spacious and so clean. This is my 3rd time staying here and I really wouldn’t choose any other hotel in Ibadan over Fawzy. It is simply AMAZING.

The ambient lighting of the room, perfect meals, exceptional staffs who were very courteous and handy. Complimentary Breakfast for two was a wow. A perfect getaway for couples who love it quite.
