The hotel exceeded my expectations, it is modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and filling. The restaurant staff have great customer service and are ready to serve. I enjoyed my room - it was comfortable, spacious and had a beautiful balcony. There is a spa and restaurant on site which is convenient. It is close to town and central.
It is clear the hotel recently underwent renovations - there was a lot of dust on the stairs leading to my room. The cupboard beneath my sink was incomplete and left open as if the construction work was yet to be completed.

The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. They put up with us even though we were very tired and disheveled. It was also a quiet place with a great shower. After camping for the past few days, it was so nice to get properly cleaned up

The internet was slightly annoying but they did say they had an issue when I was there and it didnt stop me from being able to do what I needed to do

The service from the reception ladies was incredible and the cleaners were always polite. The security gentlemen were also kind and always vigilant. The rooms are spacious, the online photos are not enough to show how neat and clean the place is.
I think a suggestion to consider small bins for the rooms and wifi extension for the rooms at the back instead of offering open wifi, with all the cyber incidents.

Breakfast was very good. Service at the restaurant good with very helpful staff. Rooms are spotless and bedding is new. Wi-fi also sufficient. Everting works as advertised on booking.com
I prefer getting my invoice immediately after payment. I had to remind reception to send it as I'm claiming it back for travel purposes. Luckily management sorted it out.
