Close to the airport so for us a good place to stay the first night in Namibia. The room was fine and we slept well. Quiet and clean. We appreciated the gym. Good breakfast and dining options.
The whole place felt a bit dated, and in need of a spruce up.

Good hotel to stay in with all facilities that I needed. Everything worked well.
It was unfortunately bad weather during my stay and it was very cold, but nothing to do with the resort.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, the beds are very comfortable, good cosmetics in the bathrooms.
There were not enough sunbeds near the pool. I didn't like the breakfast, the quality of the food was not very good, we only got coffee when we finished breakfast

The pictures exaggerate - big ugly metal fence in front of pool as well - there was allot of repairs ongoing around the hotel and the corridors of the hotels were very noisy at night with patrons - river was empty???? just ugly concrete? I was also queried why i hadn't paid my bill but the entire booking was handled by BOOKING.COM? Wifi kept going down in the rooms and plug fittings in the cabinet were loose.

THE CHILDREN JUNGLE GYM PLAY PLACE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ROOMS IS A JOKE. I ASKED THE STAFF IF THE MANAGER IS AN ITULA VOTER FOR ONLY DUMB,..VERY DUMB MANAGER CAN ALLOW THAT. OT BREAKS THE WHOLE GARDEN AND SPOILS THE FEEL OF THE PLACE

The new pool not as impressive as previous one. The main restaurant not on par with rest of property.
